My hemoglobin is 14.5 before 2021 than in covid second wave i got infection and got admitted in hospital for 15 day doctors use many steroids medicine and remdesivir for my treatment but after covid recovery my hb goes to 18 g/dl than i donate blood after one year but my hemoglobin level is now 17 g/dl and HCT IS 51% WBC 5.74 MY JACK 2 IS NEGETIVE BUT AFTER BLOOD DONATION I FEEL VERY WEAK PLEASE HELP ME I DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO CONSULT A HEMATOLOGIST BECOUSE NEAREST HEMATOLOGIST IS 300KM FAR AWAY FROM ME

respected sir, my platelets count is 62k and Hemoglobin count is 23.5 , is it a polycythemia vera . please consider it because none of the doctor given me a single tablet / medicine for this and i am suffering a lot since 2019. in addition i have heart disease but doctors didn't discovered yet till now .... my oxygen level always in between 90-95 , RBC 6.8 , plt and HB mentioned above

आपके EPO levels kya hain. आशा करता हूं कि MPN panel से पहले आपके डॉक्टर ने EPO का टेस्ट कराया होगा।
अगर EPO levels normal है या low hai to आपके case में डॉक्टर आपको bone marrow biopsy करवाने का बोलेगा। अगर बायोप्सी में दिक्कत आती है तो polycythemia vera (PV) diagnosed माना जायेगा WHO के हिसाब से।
