We can go any depth of time and space inside by perpetual inward meditation on Life-Force, the Soul in all. For this process we must make Deha pooja by tapping on Energy Meridian points on our Human Body, Manassa Pooja by rolling upward the tunge to upper palat in the mouth, pronouncing very deeply Ohmmm manthra and centering our senses to the Ajga Chakra simultaneously, and Atma Pooja by making letting our mind spin aound every Seven Chakras and navigate up and down the Spinal column. I am meditator by adopting Mudra, chakra, Chinese Energy Medicine and Simple Yogasanas on Vajjrasana posture.
