Excellent to see a health cow and the bonus a healthy calf after treatment. Although only one pint of blood was shown transfused, is that all the transfusion necessary or was more than that required either initially or on subsequent days?
I don't see much tick fever/disease, except Lyme DIsease, in the area I am now in but I sometimes travel on missions to more tropical countries and often see many other tick borne disease. I ran across your videos while doing some brushing up on treatments of various diseases as I like to not just read that journal articles but also like to see what Vets working in certain areas with certain disease may have found that can aid in treatment not spelled out in a journal article. I find it very often can make a big difference in treatment to learn a small step that Vets have found that help in a recovery but have not made it into general practise outside a limited region.
Also, you were mentioning travel during summer months in relation to this cow, and I wonder if that was just general or you suspected it was also was specific to her. If she had been bought from another farm and transported here is that possibly why she had not been vaccinated and had an immunity to this? It appeared that was a decently run herd from the looks of the video and I would think that farmer would have vaccinated his calves long before full growth or pregnancy?
I am stunned, it is not clear if these treatments are decisive, or just straws. A feeling of helplessness.

Doctor Sir for milking dairy cows do we need to feed calcium supplement seperately in addition to the mineral mixture supplement? Please reply would be very helpful, thank you in advance
It depends on. Quantity of milk daily giving and Type and composition and quantity of mineral mixture you are giving, type of feeding,generally low yielding animal below 10 liters only mineral mixture is enough,but high yielding (above 20liter) need additional supply of calcium. Every 1 liter milk production need 2gm calcium ,if animal producing 25lt milk need 50gm calcium per day only for milk production ,

They are very easily obtained through any good Medical Supply or laboratory supply company that you have access to. It may depend on the laws in the country you are in or the laws in the country you are buying from whether you need a prescription or order from a Vet (don't know if you are one or not - if you are the request should be simpler). In an emergency a Vet can usually get a transfusion set from any hospital lab in an area but it is usually best to have a small supply on hand depending on how often you run into the need. The transfusion set such as the infusion tubing generally has along shelf life, however the blood bad and donor tubing have a much shorter shelf life because of the anticoagulants and preservatives in the bags and tubing. Because if that you need to manage you supply and use the ones nearest expiration first, while ordering in new that have a longer time before they expire. If you specifically buy Vet transfusion sets these usually have a longer date to expiration than do the ones used for humans presumably due to the preservatives used that last longer and be using for animal blood transfusion that cannot or is not yet approved in some countries for human use.

@@DRYEDLAANANDREDDYANIMALDOCTOR thanks sir....actually I am dealing with the same case in cattle ....Cattle was showing fever of 106.8⁰F , Exopthalmia , reddish urine , respiratory distress , increased heart rate ,pale conjuctival mucosa, enlarged pre scapular and pre femoral lymph node along with heavy infestation of ticks ...I diagnosed it as Mixed Infection of Theleria and Babesiosis ...but animal is 2.5 months pregnant also....so I gave Berynil RTU....For antibiotics , I gave Fortivir instead of Oxytetracycline as Fortivir is also effective against Anaplasma....
Treatment of hypothermia in calf....sign -- 99.5 F temperature shallow breathing and unable to stand up
