You’re right! Irvine is the best.
I recently moved to Murrieta. It’s a very family oriented area with still affordable housing as far as California goes. Schools are above average for the US. The only drawback I’ve found is it doesn’t offer much in terms of cultural things ie Theater, museums, etc. but San Diego and Orange County are fairly close and offer many attractions and things to do. It does get fairly hot during the summer months but most houses and businesses have A/C so it’s not so bad. There are parks everywhere for outdoor enjoyment.
Tujunga, Eagle Rock, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Yucaipa, Wrightwood, Lake Gregory, Running Springs, Doheny Beach, Dana Point, Trabuco Canyon, Hacienda Heights and La Habra.
Those house prices are 15-20 years out of date. I've lived in Westlake Village for 40 years, a couple of miles from Agoura and can assure you that you'd be hard-put to find a house for
under $ one million there.
This is just awful. I'm a 70+ year old SoCal native. And while some of the information is correct in the overall this is total nonsense. First off that insanely offensive robotic voice so off-putting to the point of distraction. The number of times the phrase "Southern California" is repeated at the top is madding to the point of being laughable. Let's talk about pronunciation, "Murrieta" is botched repeatedly and not even spelled correctly on the chapters. And 'you' say you grew up in Agoura Hills (also misspelled in the chapters) yet you allow the robotic voice to totally botch the name "Calabasas" which is the very next town to the south along the 101. You don't even mention Ventura or Santa Barbara yet Fullerton is on your list. So basically this is fourteen minutes of life I can't get back. I suggest anyone interested in living in SoCal find another source of information.
I like Newportbeach 😅
What about Glendale, Los Angeles? It's the safest place in socal. I lived in Glendale.. It should definitely be in your top 5.

Yo producer. Your video was well produced however, an impotence component missing. Can you guess- apparently not you did it. Seeiouslt- NO locater MAP! California is 400 miles long. Showing where a town is in that 400miles is more than window dressing. It's a screwup.
I can help you to grow your channel
Narration is nonsense; incorrect information, ridiculous pronunciation, grammar and syntax by nonhuman voice. 🙄
Glendale should be in top 3
San Diego
Having recently lived in Irvine we moved as it was very isolating. Chinese neighbors have ruined it. Loud ego centric talking loudly outside on the phone at 3 am. Sense of entitlement like they own the whole neighborhood and very unfriendly. Not even a hi passing by walking your dog.
Great AI voice 😂
Who wants to live in that corrupt state? Not me
I’m sorry you can’t afford California. You probably don’t have good education and bankable skills to make a decent living in the Golden State😢
Hey you got my City of Murrieta, CA. We been living here since 1998, from San Diego. It’s growing real fast tho. Thank you! 🙏🏻
