The leader of a gang, Da Sang, harbors ambitions of becoming the top boss and constantly provokes trouble. Da Sang's brother, Qian Baoqiang, rapes Bullet's close friend, Ah Mei, leading Bullet and her ally, Cai Die, to seek revenge and engage in a fierce battle with Da Sang and his gang. Tragically, Bullet is killed in the intense fight, and in an attempt to save his daughter, Bao Quan also falls in a pool of blood.
