The social worker protocol is stupid. Instead of worry about the boy's injury she talk about the sytem that always abused orphans especially in foster homes. Calvin was really scared of the system. Mr. Hopkins asked to stay with him for the night. The social worker promised to return on the next day. They return early morning with security guards to take the boy. Argument between the social workers and Mr. Hopkins. I don't understand why the social workers have to forced Calvin to go with them. In their struggled a locket fell from Calvin and Mr Hopkins saw the photo of his missing wife. Hopkins asked how he get the locket Calvin told him from a woman. Mr. Hopkins told the social workers they are not taking Calvin the only link to his missing wife. Now the social gave Mr. Hopkins 24 hours to find his wife and legal ways to keep Calvin. Now he is working hard to find his wife and mobilizing his legal team to fight for Calvin. Calvin told Mr. Holkins about his wife who fed him and she also live on the street. She also look afraid and cried when she thought Calvin not watching. Instead of thinking about the whys Mr. Hopkins should started look for his wife. Now the time is up and the social workers return to get Calvin. But Calvin refused. How can the social workers judge Hopkins as someone who cannot look after Calvin but Hopkins is the one who looked after him. Now Hopkins allow Calvin to be taken but promised to find him later. Although he has his legal team the process take time. The social workers is now found a foster parents which they turn up to take him which surprised Calvin and the social workers were smile for their job done. No wonder the social workers were trying their best to take him. Calvin worry that if the foster parents take him Mr. Hopkins will not find. Calvin heard what the social workers talked about him take overseas and Hopkins will not find him. This make Calvin made a decision to escape. Though it was hard he managed to go but was caught by the guard that brougbt bim back. His adoption the next day. The Blackwood was behind his forced adoption. But lucky when his hope gone, he saw Mr. Hopkins. He come with an court order that Calvin relative give Mr. Hpokins power to keep Calvin. The social workers and Blackwood family were surprised but this is a good news for Calvin. Wow nice inspiring story of kindness, love, hope and resilience.

The doctor should have stepped in to demand Calvin remain hospitalized due to his injury needing care. Gerald must have more resources than that, private investigators, lawyers, body guards, etc.

Should have used younger couple in the picture not old grandma and grandpa.He is a millionaire so he should have hired people to help him look for his wife not endanger himself and the boy while searching in the dark alley but,I enjoyed the story.

This is the hardest story I've ever heard with so many discrepancies and missing parts, chronological errors, and worse of all, in the weeks that followed, they had no time to name the poor baby boy.😢 I might have to listen to the story for a third time. It's a waste of my time. It seems that there is no proofreading done before presentation. I also don't like shackups, like one I started to listen to early this morning and ended abruptly. I listened to it for the third time and did hear Gerald say to someone near the beginning that Evelyn was missing for years, which is incredible unless she was to give birth to a baby elephant, which still wouldn't be years. Also, the pictures aren't accurate because I don't believe that Gerald would not be a fully- grey-haired man. Also, anyone knowing anything about babies would have stopped at a store back to the house to at least get diapers. I'm done.

The reason for Evelyn's amnesia was at the end-a car accident. There are so many discrepancies. Her ID should have been in the car. Was the car never found? When Calvin was in the orphanage, he and Gerald both had the locket???? After Calvin had his ankle fixed and a cast applied, he just walked on the cast???? The poor baby didn't have a name??? The audio on my phone frequently stops while the video keeps playing-soooo frustrating!!! I go back and replay many times through the tape, I sometimes scream and vow not to watch another story!
