I know you didn't fluff the base in this one, but I have an issue with getting that part how I want. But I notice that what you do is do a 2 cluster wide base from the get go, and add up from there. I'll be trying that in my next mock up and see.
But thanks, as a start up decorator in Jamaica, I'm learning much from you

Yes, repping from my home country...to fluff you can do 2,3, or 4 clusters to widen and them add to the front to prevent it from looking too flat. You can also take a pyramid approach, 3 clusters at bottom, 2 on top, and then 1 going upward. Then , you can widen or fill in as needed.

@@kashaysfabeventsanddesigns I kneeeew there was some of our accent in ur voice. 🤣😂 I couldn't tell exactly but I heard it.
I'll try the pyramid approach as when I tried the fluff method, the base was swinging around on its own with no care in the world

@britneycampbell9084 Oh yes, straight yardie 🇯🇲. Here's a little trick to fix the swinging. Get some adhesive hooks from Amazon. Stick hook on floor or tape down using gaffer tape. Tie a 260q balloon to the hook and loop around the balloon to secure in place. Another option is tying a 260q balloon to a full bottle of water and then tying to the base to act as a weight.

I normally use 260s to attach clusters. This time I tried trying the necks together but they kept breaking off. I was using Qualatex balloons. Did I do something wrong?

Hi Sharonda. You might need to inflate the balloons smaller to ensure that you have a long enough neck to work with. This method works best with balloons that are flexible. When tying the necks, you shouldn't be struggling to tie them together. If you're pulling too hard, the necks can rip, and eventually, your garland will break apart. I hope this helps.

How many balloons are in each cluster.

Hi. Some have 4 duplexes ( set of 2 balloons) , and others have 6. Approx 8-12 balloons per cluster.
