PostgreSQL Major Upgrade

Hello guys, here you have the checklist to do a PG major upgrade.
1. Collect all info.
2. Installing postgresql version.
3. Backup databases.
4. Go to the new binary files.
5. Create a new pg cluster.
6. pg_upgrade checks.
7. Turn off the old cluster.
8. pg_upgrade execution .
9. Turn on the new cluster.
10. Check new version and databases.
