I hope Aiden. He has no story except for the stupid love triangle 😭 him going at least ends it.

Unpopular opinion but I don't want Yul to leave anytime soon. I mean, who tf would carry the dry ass humor of this show? He's just that good at being unlikeable. People who hate unlikeable characters just don't really see the point of their character imo.
No but really. I think Yul and Ashley should merge at least. What's the point of bringing back pre merge contestants and still eliminating them pre merge? Connor was legit robbed. I also don't think a male should leave. There's only Alec, Aiden, Jake, Tom and Yul. I think Riya will be next tbh.

Yeah i'm thinking Yul might go home this episode too. The fact that he fired Emily last episode which ended the arc of Emily telling Yul what to say to Grett in order to gain fans. AND the fact that Grett is seen spending time with Alec and Riya and the latter talking with her makes me believe Riya is telling Grett how she should flip on Yul and get him voted off because of how toxic he has been this whole time to her. I think Grett will realise this and then she gets Yul eliminated.

personally tess seems like shes about to have something with ally, but the gabby yelling at tess scene is making me worried that their setting up her eliminatioin
The main things from the trailer that confuses about Gabby going to yellow to be in this alliance is two-fold. While she is pissed at her team for voting off Ellie, she would have to agree to join an alliance consisting of someone who badly screwed her personally (Grett, which Gabby and Grett haven’t interacted yet) and someone who humiliated her GF, repeatedly, even more than her team did to Ellie (Alec). While she is impulsive now, Gabby with subplot in remake was to show she could reel herself in when she gets like that and channel into something more constructive, like writing a song.
The other things that has me confused is the Day marker on the trailer (Day 17), Tom covering his face with Aiden consoling him, and who Gabby was talking while looking heartbroken by her team’s tent.
After stewing, the day marker in the trailer is of two indicators to show that more than one day passes pre-challenge, as like prior episodes. The other is yellow by them in swimsuits (as their reward for the last challenge was a beach day) and is regular attire (likely the next day). Since people agree Gabby approaching yellow in the scene in their regular clothes, Gabby likely doesn’t go to yellow right away.
With how Gabby is speaking to someone heartbroken, that conversation is likely going to decide if she goes to yellow to actually join the villains’s alliance or not. Based on the day marker, I think Tom and Aiden are bromancing while Gabby chewing Tess out happens the day before. Based on Gabby looking heartbroken (happening on the next day), I don’t see anyone on the other teams talking to her (notably yellow). I don’t get the impression she talking with the return of “her other side” since I think she would have a different expression, unless her “other self” is trying to knock some logic into her to not go yellow. With how pissed she is at with Tess and annoyed and disconnected she is with Aiden, the only person by deduction she is talking like this to is Tom. However, Tom is likely having some guilt regarding Gabby.
While people are writing Tom off as a bad liar, people are overlooking how Tom is lying. For starters, Tom having a “BF” could inadvertently be Tom unknowingly talking about himself about his job (especially if something happen with his job a couple of months ago). In the last episode, it was painful with Tom’s inability to lie believably on the spot, despite the job he has. So, you can argue that Tom being dishonest is starting to get to him. However, there was bit of difference between how he was lying with Aiden and Gabby. With Aiden, Tom was cringe, but like with Jake, Tom was still, badly though, lying to his best buddy. While Gabby wanted the details, Tom just got out of the scene. Unlike Aiden, I think that scene was indicate that Tom can’t bring himself to directly tell a bs lie to Gabby
With the day 17 marker with cyan, I think Tess expresses some concern over how not well her convo with Gabby went. This is when I think when Tom covers his face in shame with Aiden consoling him, which therapist Tess then maybe advises Tom to go and talk with Gabby one-on-one. While Tom and Gabby will have some friction since Tom voted out her GF, Gabby leaving to go to yellow or not if this friction becomes more of a fallout. If a fallout doesn’t happen, then this may lead Tom to indicative of Tom wanting to actually communicate with Gabby but more privately, which there are a few things Tom would only confide in Gabby. However, while his communications issue have revolved around mainly Jake so far, Ellie being there may have been an even bigger barrier, especially since Tom issue with Ellie’s interview and other antics could be more of Ellie having zero issue in selling someone out , like what happened with how Tom got exposed in remake with his old job.
If this does happen, yellow on Day 17 could be conversing with themselves without Gabby. There is a good chance they debating on whether or not Ellie got booted, and regardless the group opinion, they do factor of trying to either recruit new member (this is where Gabby go arrive with the opportunity) or who they can exploit. For discussing a new option and with Alec leading the alliance, the person the Alec mainly decides may not be Gabby. Based on Ellie’s confessional on Jake in episode 7 for possible context and foreshadowing, and what Jake has publicly displayed with tensions he had on both cyan and even his own team with Ally, the villains could be making Jake either their scapegoat now or even their unofficial and dishonorable new member. If this happens, we may see Jake, even without additional gaslighting, push Ally in the challenge since, based on Grett going twice on yellow, two people on Magenta possibly need to go three times with Ally and Jake fighting, in a addition to Ashley, on going third on the water slide, which may Jake may go too far if in this scenario, which Ashley has shown not to have a high tolerance with seeing Ally and Jake fighting.
Surely they wouldn't eliminate 3 villains back to back to back?
My projection for next outcome/ next boot
Disclaimer: I haven’t watched the episode yet.
Winner: Cyan (especially since the last time they have not won reward since episode 2) If Gabby is going to help a certain alliance, the challenge makes it easy for her to get caught, and she would help yellow to cause cyan to lose, especially as Gabby could get better payback at Tess (who she feel the most betrayed by, noted by the trailer and at the last elimination) with Ally going first.
Second: Magenta (Even if Jake pushes Ally, I could see that team edging out yellow)
Loser: Yellow: Since Alec and Riya can’t actively use Yul as punching bag for the challenge, he is likely useless. While Alec can be a good strategist, Alec can be quite inconsistent on physical based challenges and when it is on him. So, that leaves Riya and Grett. While these two, like how Tom and Gabby are most likely going to do with Tess and Aiden on cyan, can carry the boys to secure safety, the trailer is giving a 2 (cyan and magenta) vs 1 team (yellow) setup, including how Gabby is shown working with Ally. Unless, yellow gets alot of much needed help, they likely don’t enough firepower to avoid elimination again.
Projected eliminee:
Yellow: Grett (as a means for Riya to serve Yul his third and final warning. Every three episodes, Riya has issued Yul a warning. So, even if yellow avoids elimination, episode 9 should see Riya issue Yul his third and likely final warning. While that could mean he is going this episode, it, if this pattern holds up, may also mean of putting up with Yul until episode 12.
Magenta: either Ally or they lose to Gabby assisting yellow or Jake goes too far to push Ally to the ground and bombs the challenge again. Also, despite her earlier pledge of loyalty to Jake, Ashely has shown not to have tolerance with Ally and Jake feuding, and something like this could something that Ashley views Jake taking things too far. With Grett shown going twice, it can indicate one team may go up to 8 times. For magenta to do that, two people have to go 3 times. While I can see Ashley going three times to keep her team in the comp, Ally and Jake are likely going to argue on who is going three times as well to clutch safety for their teams. If tries to push Ally aside step aside, Jake will then shove her and possibly pretty hard. Even if Ally doesn’t do that, Jake is both emotionally fragile (even if Tom took Jake back in episode 7) and has been consumed with envy this season, which is currently on Ally now regarding Ashley. Also, this would be the first time this show has nosedived Jake in the transgression department either. Since this has been getting worked before the TD second reboot season, I don’t think DC wasn’t having Jake possibly having Jake do a more messed up “Millie” for their second episode. Ashley only goes if Jake gets somehow heavily gaslit to turn on Ashely to have her lose a 3 way tiebreaker. Also, if Jake does this, Tom may repeat what happened in episode 4 to re-indicate some lore with these two post-season had pre-ghosting.
Other options:
Yellow: Yul if Riya and Alec are just fed with Yul that not keeping him around as their punching is worth it anymore. Also, I don’t see anyone Yul beating anyone in another tiebreaker.
Cyan: Aiden or Tess, leaning more towards Ally. Even if Fabby throws, I see Gabby and Tom voting together while that may not be the case for Aiden and Tess. Also, I don’t know what tiebreaker those two could beat either Tom or Gabby.
I think Yul has a storyline with plot armor for sure. His story could go one of two ways: 1. Grett will realize Yul doesn’t love her, and Yul realizes he does actually like Grett and has to redeem himself post merge, or 2. Yul will embrace his villianous, eliminate Grett in a toxic way, and continue to be the primary antagonist and get eliminated just before the finals.
I like it when they do host storylines I wish they did it in total drama more often
With the scene with Ally on the ground with Tess being pissed at someone, I’m leaning towards Jake pushing Ally.
Some people are saying Gabby, but there is one big inconsistency with that. During the challenge, Grett went twice against other people on both teams. Despite Gabby being annoyed or mad at someone while sliding on her bottom, Ally and Gabby, while sliding up, were sliding together, and it looked like they were working together. So, I don’t think Ally and Gabby are competing twice unless that a sudden death situation between Cyan and Magenta.
Since the beginning of the water slide is shown, it could be yellow. I thought Grett of a potential Ally and Grett rivalry shaping, but as mentioned, Grett went twice on the challenge with other people. While Alec can play dirty, Alec would do only (think how he yanked Ellie off the ladder in the E11 challenge of remake) if someone notably pissed him off for any reason. I don’t see Ally doing. While you can expected Riya and Yul doing that, what throws me off is Tess looking mad while trying help Ally. I don’t see that reaction from Tess with Riya. While Yul can easily say or do something offensive (unless this will yield a Yul and Jake confrontation to fully confirm that Yul pushed Miriam pre-season), I would think Tess would more focus on consoling Ally had Yul or Riya did that.
Even without Tess there, Tom and Aiden wouldn’t do that to another teammate. However, Jake would to show how his envy has overconsumed him since it shifted to envy (Side note: While people are going to blame Tom for this for lying and terrible communication, Tom could have given Jake what he wanted in E7 (take him back), and Jake would still act like this towards Aiden and Ally regardless if Tom and Jake were happily married the start of season 3). With Grett going, that can indicate one team can go up to 8 times, and I don’t think Magenta will get first and out of the challenge early again with the similarities to this and the episode 4 challenge. In order for Magenta to go 8 times, two people on that have to go three times. While Ashley will likely go three times to keep her team
in the challenge. Ally and Jake will fight over this to gain more favor with Ashley. Even if Ashley intervenes, Jake may be going too far in this episode, and this would not be the first time where they have had Jake nose-dive after building him up.
Who I think is going home on each team:
Yellow: Yul
Reasoning: Grett convinces Riya and Alec to vote for Yul
Cyan: Tess or Aiden
Reasoning: They both don’t really have that much of a plot like Gabby and Tom do.
Magenta: Ally or Jake
Reasoning: Ally’s plot seems like it’s coming to an end and Jake might get eliminated bc Ashley might get annoyed with him

Ashley has that White Stallion Glue that Geoff had in RR, fr, lol. That's why her hat is always stuck on her head. And also, Since Gabby is probably going to join the villain alliance, Tom should be able to use his police academy training to figure out what the villain alliance is up to. He said it in epispode 5, but since then, he has done nothing so far.
This is my prediction for who might get eliminated:
If Yellow Loses - Riya
If Cyan Loses - Aiden
If Magenta Loses - Ally/Jake

The Magenta team seems pretty upset with Riya who hasn’t done anything to them so far, this seems to be the first time this team really feels not really notable in trailer, there’s also Jake and Ashley’s meeting in the tent likely Ashley trying to mend the feud between Jake and Ally, which she does appear to be successful at to a degree.
The Yellow Team and in turn the villains alliance (which has been pretty disappointing so far) finally seems to be getting more focus namely Grett who seems to finally get some time in the sun, and spending actual time away from Yul, we also see Riya talk to alone possibly trying to win her vote to vote off Alec or an attempt to get Grett to betray Yul.
Yul being away from the team could be more of him meeting in secret with Emily, even with him firing her last time it’s possible Yul’s managers could force him to follow her orders to save his image, or Emily blackmailing Yul into an alliance or to follow orders threatening to expose his true feelings on Grett if he doesn’t cooperate, likely leading to his elimination.
Cyan Team wise, Tom and Aiden are clearly pretty happy about Ellie being gone, it seems like Gabby is more upset with Tess over Tom and Aiden over Ellie’s elimination which does make sense due to Tess being closer to Ellie due to her betraying her friend and the girl’s alliance, I could see Gabby throwing the challenge(or I agree sabotaging the Magenta team) in order to earn the trust and a potential spot in the villain’s alliance.
Elimination wise, I doubt a team swap so late in the season even if season 1 swapped Ellie and Grett for 1 whole challenge. We could get some kinda weird elimination or a big upset, possibly the eliminated contestants voting someone off? If they end up losing again it would make the Magenta elimination really tense as even Ashley would be in danger, possibly with her going due to Fiore and Ellie’s manipulation.
Though I’m between Yellow or Cyan losing, I see Cyan losing back to back, likely as above Gabby possibly throwing the challenge in a way to get revenge on Tess and to either earn the trust of or a spot in the villains alliance.

I think the Cyan team will lose again and Tess or Aiden may be eliminated, it just makes the most sense to me

This is my prediction: The Magenta Team will absolutley smash this challenge and i think the Cyan Team will win too. So i believe the Yellow Team will loose like u said. This is a questionable choice but i think Riya is going. Because Miriam and James the winners of both seasons are out, Fiore is out and she got the Runner-up placement in S1. Ellie is out and she got 3rd in S1 and Aiden who got 3rd in S2 will be going in ep10. And Riya got 2nd in S2. See what I mean? Also i think if Riya was discussing getting out Alec, Alec could've over heard it and asked Yul to vote Riya out and, convince Grett to vote for Riya.

I totally agree with you about Yul being eliminated, but I could also see Gabby throwing the challenge and the cyan team lose again. If this happened, I think Aiden, being the smartest one on the team, could potentially warn the team about Gabby throwing the challenge, and Gabby rigs the votes or something and gets Aiden out. Or possibly Gabby does something to make Tom and Aiden against Tess, since it seems Gabby is the most mad at Tess, and Tess is eliminated. Either way, the magenta team is DEFINITELY not losing.
In this game its impossible to rig the votes, kristal isnt stupid enough to think aiden, tom and tess have the same writing as Gabby-
So i think tomden goes against tess

I dont think Tess will be talking "sense" in to Gabby. I think it will likely involve Ellie, who brings het back to normal. And this is personally not out of character for Gabby, as she trends to be a bit crazy.
The ending of season 1 is very confuse. Let me explain
At the end of the season 1 we can see kristal selecting the campers for the all stars. And the show was already record it
But if the season 2 was after 1 why is kristal making the 3rd season in the ending of season 1

@@Aices-j6p tom is clearly stuttering, unsure about what hes saying, avoiding eye contact when speaking (he did this all in season 1, i payed close attention) saying "oh yh hes the best" with no expression like he doesnt mean it, didnt give one about his so called bf when he was told told to kiss aiden; he only cared about complicating things with jake. He's been ghosting jake for 2 years, but dated this guy for a few months- doesnt match the timeline.
