St Patricks Day is kinda low key where I live. We all have a day off work and there's a parade most people go to.
Love all the Shamrocks ☘(3 leaves) you used. A lot of the sticker books use 4 leaf clovers which have nothing to do with Ireland. Also thank you for not using the term St Pattys Day. 😀
We call it St Patricks Day or St Paddys Day.
My Husband turns 70 on SPD and my Chi turns 11 that day too !!!!
23 and Me also told me I was Irish. I was so excited. Weird I know. I live in Chicago and St Patrick’s Day is huge here. Google dyeing river green. Last time I checked it was about 17%. Other than that a whole lot of British and some other Western European countries. Basically I am as white as they come.

Definitely Irish, English, Scottish from family tree knowledge only. We have a family dinner of corned beef and cabbage plus other goodies and everyone wears green. More American than Irish but it's a tradition my Portuguese grandpa started for his Irish grandkids. 🤣😂

There are no rules in your planner!
Young people around here get drunk all day on green beer. I don't do that. I did buy some shamrock shaped ravioli from Costco for my kids because it is fun and festive. We aren't Irish at all. I really, really am obsessed with this spread. I love the colors and how it isn't quite the same as a lot of other spreads for the holiday.
My mother's DNA result was so boring! 100% Irish - which we kind of knew since both her parent were born there. For St. Patrick's Day, my mother and grandmother always said corned beef was sacrilege. Totally not Irish. So, we have lamb and colcannon as well! My grandmother would hide a gold coin in it on St. Pat's day, but we really don't do that anymore. Now, I make shepherd's pie, mostly.

My dad's dad was 100% Irish so my dad's family are big St. Patty's Day celebrators. My dad is 50% Irish, but I am only 25% since my mom was mostly German. We used to have corned beef and cabbage which I do not like. Your potato dish sounds much better.
