1:41 What happened to the escalator?

It has the sign up that shows "Out of Order". Been going through this station many times and many times the escalator did not work. :(
CTA needs to step up on the escalator maintenance. Here is a new video:

Yeah. People were carrying their luggage and took the stairs in the video. Glad the elevator was working.
