Having the same doubt but for more time till 2030. Planning to go with iPad 9th because of the fast processor (but last ram 🥲🥲) or Samsung s9 fe (slow processor{not that slow but not as fast as the iPad} but more ram and all 🥲🥲)

Dont buy Ipad 9th Gen is a old Ipad. you may not get updates in the future. I had Ipad Mini... same problem , can not use it now. As new OS and updates are not supported so applications dont work as they are not updated.
Even in 25K according to me , it will be waste .
