Great advice bro.. the last is something I've always done,.even my walk I let people know my direction an where I'm heading towards.. I don't think I'll ever have the balls to kayak into the deep ocean and do what you do, but love watching the content bro..
@@NomadicKayakFishing that day fortunately was calm so i was able tpaddle back(took ages though). one time i almost had a bad mishap when the wind picked up and my pedal drive got tangled with my paddle lease. fortunately i was able to untangle it. but the ride back took me about 1 hr no thanks to the wind n swell
Thanks man, I'm wearing the freedom vest from burnsco nz. It's actually on a clearance sale for 99$ so a good time to grab one if your in need👍 www.burnsco.co.nz/burnsco-freedom-buoyancy-vest
👍 Yes, absolutely be safe. Months on, I'm still getting over a seven gill shark .It was about 3 meters long Circling me on my yak for about 30 minutes bumping into me a few times. I couldn't stop shaking. Wasn't prepared for this visitor. Still not sure how to deal with an inquisitive shark that size.
Oh jeez that's not ideal😅 seven gills aren't very aggressive they're more just curious and dumb. Bump on the nose with the paddle usually helps out🤣 its the makos and white pointers you gotta watch out for. Stay safe out there and tight lines!

Ofc bro. I'm not qualified for seal safety 🤣 only attracting them hahah. Cheers bro looks like the snapper fishing is heating up down there
Also...... Start with paddling smaller distances. To get kayak fit. Suggest when learning, go out with others
