Joeldson Habert u could breed them breed hundreds starting with a few once u have a lot let them in the wild than breed more and soon they will be everywhere tell me if u r gonna do it just to make me happy lol
Unfortunately, the natives have a bad habit of setting fire to the savannah and the fire spreads to the mountains, which is the nesting site. the birds lay their eggs on the trunks of dead trees and when the fire comes, the nests are burned and this is one of the causes that are leading to the extermination of the species.
My mom was gifted both a male then a female a month afterwards and we have had them for two years now. Their awesome parrots too own, I wasn’t aware that they were in danger. Our sun conures are still really young and hoping we own them for a really long time.
I have 10 parrots.1 Sun Conure and 1 peach front.My sunny Kiwi is a VERY sweet and loyal friend.He has NEVER bit me out of anger. He's approx. 8 years old. The only downsides to a sun conure is their vocalization.It doesn't change AND its loud and obnoxious.My Kiwi gets sooooo jealous when my Sulphur Crested Cocky is on my shoulder.He dive bombs and attacks my cocky. Its crazy
really his vocalization is very sharp and very disturbing, you have no idea how loud they are when they are in the bands, when they are approaching we hear from afar.
yes, they are threatened, I believe that there are not even five thousand in nature, if we do nothing to reverse this they will disappear forever and will only be seen in captivity

@@skatiarrahaman9899 I bought my sun conure when he was 5 months already wean did lot of reading hime work, they need lot of care n attention, mine now is 6 years old very loving spoil want to be on my shoulder all day long. I feed mine fruit n vegetable pallets mix together, treat sun flower seed n birdy cookies want in a awhile so he will do what I want. Since u got a pair is easy they play together, I train mine use to be very loud now he kno how to tone down his squawk softly. I’m not thing when it come to tube feeding is site enjoyable. I wish u the best of luck caring for ur sun conure properly care they can live 25-30 years mine is so sweet I can’t imagine my life without him. 🦜 rule 😂 😆 😝.

I and some friends are studying something that can prevent this possible extinction, let's do some project that will benefit the biggest responsible for the decline of this beautiful bird that are the indigenous inside the reserve "fox of the sun", they capture many individuals who eat their corn and we are looking for a way of exchange so that the indigenous farmers will not kill them, if the birds attack their corn fields in exchange, we want to replenish their corn.
I personally never had a Sun Conure but had other parrots and avians both small and large. While Suns are gorgeous, unfortunately they would not be good pets for me in my current home or comfort level. Ty for the stunning view of wild Suns!
