We all know the secret weapon or hidden gem of Aespa is Giselle because Sm haven't really let her shine all this time yet she shines on her own.other than her working on her dancing skills,she's really multi-talented and got a lot of passion for music. AND instead of getting the whole package like Karina,we got development during the journey which makes it more relatable for the audience and fans to grow together with Gigi.
KariSelle represent the contrast of one (Karina) the product of being an idol trainee and two (Giselle) trained in more traditional or classical way because of her choir background. Lucky for Karina she does have lots of opportunity to showcase what she got in title track compare to Giselle that for obvious reason SM doesn't want her to shine more than her iconic raps. One thing i want SM to be careful about is Karina belting notes reminds so much of SNSD Tiffany back in a day before or after vocal nodule treatment with the way how shaky it sounds for me and how she stretch her note when belting, so Tiffany Hwang for me. How i wish as early as now they would notice it since i don't want her to suffer in early stage of their career with overuse vocals just like Tiffany in SNSD era.

None is better than the other, just a difference because Karina is better than Giselle, when Karina makes high notes, she makes them clean and perfectly, but unlike Giselle, she raises the note and Giselle lowers it, but the truth is Both are good and there is no reason why comparing them does not make any sense, both have good consistency, support, are stable, have good air control and are D+. It would then be Kariselle, but thanks to that difference it is actually Karina>Giselle, the same goes for JK and Rose, but this is not the case

Lower register: -Karina has some support down to G3, 1:39, and her G#3’s, 1:20 are really solid. -Giselle has ok support down to A3, 1:07, and her Bb3/B3’s are nice but her G#3’s, 1:30 lack support and her G3’s, 1:48 are strained Belting: -Karina has ok support up to B4, 2:41 and her Bb4’s, 2:25 are very solid, and she also has nice placement on her C5, 3:05 but her C#5, starts to get throaty 3:17 -Giselle has questionable support up to A4, 2:06 and 2:16, and her Bb4’s are strained 2:32 Conclusion: Honestly they aren’t even close, despite common belief. Karina is more of a mid average with G3/G#3 - Bb4/B4. She has a nice forward placement and solid support in her chest register. Giselle is a mid weak with Bb3/B3 - G4/G#4. She’s pretty weak considering even singers like Chaewon have more solid A4’s.
