I would like to give my view 1. Otoscope in introduced and not inserted as mentioned in the commentary in this video 2. While examining ear through otoscope , the examiner little finger rests on patient cheek, the reasoning, if patient moves the head, the otoscope would also move and the otoscope speculam would not hurt the patient 3. The fistula test primarily should be done by Siegel's pneumatic speculam. The intermittent pressure test in accuracy is less as compared to siegel's pneumatic speculam

Sorya Tiger first of all inferior turbinate hypertrophy is a temporary thing And can br treated.when an ENT splst sees you he can decide if this needs surgery or medicine or nothing at all I have to see you personally to understand the problem And treatment in you Hope this answers yuur question Jai hind
