This was incredibly healing for me. I cried unexplainably. Realised that I was blaming myself for a lot of bad things that happened but actually it's okay, I let go of the unfortunate things that happened and the people who hurt me. I let them go. Thank you for this masterpiece. You're truly gifted.

That’s what I call freedom my dear friend😊. When you finally unshackle yourself from someone or something, when you no longer are affected by that particular thing, and peacefully detach yourself from things or people that are holding you back. You feel more alive, and life returns😊

My partner plays handpan and he had a deer sit down very close by once. It was magical ❤
Unless he played inside a cave with a lot of echo it wouldn't sound much like it does in this recording. All the reverb you hear is post process.

Hi Malte, I know you probably won't see this. But I've been playing this song on repeat for the past several days to help cope with some really strong negative feelings about myself and my personal struggles. And somehow every day it has picked me up and carried me out of my despair to keep me pushing along. Idk how you did it but this one specifically really pulls at my soul. It's depth resonates with me unlike anything I've ever felt. So thank you for putting this together. I'm not sure if I would have been able to climb out of that darkness properly without it. It's almost as if this was fate that I meet you like this. Thanks for being you and putting so much passion into your music.

No loops, real music. I love that.
It's a 7:35 jam that loops over and over, but I still appreciate it nonetheless. The music is so smooth that I get carried away with the tune and the loop doesn't feel repetitive. Instead, it feels like a continuous flow of emotions, like a waterfall.
Yup - def a loop. But a beautiful one that keeps people listening much longer than of it we’re just a 7.5 minute video :-)

Recently lost a close family member. He had such a widespread impact on so many people, a ton of whom traveled for the funeral. Got to see so many friends I haven't seen or spoken to in 12+ years. I'm on the trip home now, dealing with a great loss and having to leave so many loved ones behind after only a few days together. So much has changed, in my life and in their's, but we still had a great time seeing each other again. Browsing UA-cam in the car, and this got recommended. Love the song; thanks so much for this. ❤

Soothes my inner. Dealing with anxiety and depression can be complete hell. This helps in ways most won't ever understand.
Sometimes it’s so difficult to let go. Most times. But that feeling of surrender, once we experience it becomes such a beautiful magnificent thing. I crave it now. And whenever I feel myself resisting, I breathe deep and remember and relish in that feeling of “letting go”- the deep knowing and trust that the universe has your back ❤

Hi. I'm 29 yo right now, and i always was into music, any type of music, literally living around making and listening to music, even have my own studio at home, but i never thought that a handpan could create such a deep feeling inside me.
I came across Malte and his handpan a few days/weeks before and honestly this is beyond amazing, it touches my soul, my deepest self, i cry everytime i listen to this music. This is something incredible. I am so thankful.
I am on my way on creating my dreams, building my dreams, on the road to accomplish the person i want to become in order to achieve my goals. And this music is giving me the power i didn´t know i needed, to keep going, and keep moving forward. I am so greatful.
Thank you so much Malte Marten for creating such a beautiful and amazing sounds, vibrations, feelings.

As a beginner I know how there goes a lot into repositioning your shoulders and arms from one side to the other side while allowing your hands to bounce off of the handpan in the exact manner and location which produces a specific voice you're seeking. I won’t lie , I cannot let go of people from my past but everyday I am learning how too and giving myself the acceptance that I can let go without feeling the unresolved feelings everyday I held onto for so long I tell myself I am allowed to let go and work through those feelings at my own pace. Do not feel guilty for feeling what you feel. Embrace it so you can face the feelings you need to head on. Remember you can take on this life. You matter. I’m grateful you are here.

I’ve been to myself alot lately and it’s been a struggle navigating through life changes. Realizing who I grew up with (family and friends) are just not for me in my future. I haven’t been treated well through this transition but I know I will be fine and it’ll be worth it ❤️

Found the painter's name, was Rothko and he has some interesting way of creating. I now see even more how your art reminded me of him. You both use minimal mediums -one handpan but create such entire complex worlds of emotions .. 🙏🏼✨ People have said to be crying in front of his paintings .. and so do with your music
