It depends on your hot air station , and what you are doing As an example my hot air station is quick 861dw , if i will use it to remove the glue.i will set the temperature to 270 and the air at 60% , if i will use it to desolder a cpu i will start by 270 heat and 60% air then i will shift to 380 heat and 60% air and the last stage i will raise the temperature to 400 to remove the cpu without the risk of ripping pads It really depends on what works the best for you , you need to try and error till you reach the optimal settings that work the best for you .
In order to replace a mic i set the temperature at 380 degrees and 60% air , and you will a good tweezer to pick the mic from it's base not from it's body.
