I find Dribbble great for showing visual design...but not so much for UX design. Perhaps if I had a pro account, I could show my process :) I find Behance more useful in this sense :)
Agreed, I think if you were to use Dribbble for lead generation you should consider adding mini-case studies posts with multiple shots and descriptions within - that being said Behance's nature is much more prone to case studies than Dribbble, which has a more "Pinterest vibe"

The audio is so quiet that I can hardly hear you at max volume with my earbuds. I suggest increasing the volume next time you post a video so we can hear!
