    Ossobuco Milanese style - it melts in your mouth
    ingredients :
    An ossobuco at least 3 - 4 cm high
    20g - Butter
    30g - Carrot
    30g - Green celery
    100g - Onion
    3 tablespoons olive oil (approximately)
    100g - Tomato sauce
    70g - Dry white wine (approximately)
    20g - Fresh parsley (approximately)
    The peel of a lemon
    500g - Vegetable soup without salt (approximately)
    Salt to taste
    Cook for at least 1 hour...depending on the thickness of the ossobuco
