How was she even supposed help if she's not strong enough to lift it herself 😂 They're both dumb for letting this happen
First of the spotter is just a friend so ofc she is just there for "some" amount of safty. Second of the spotter tried to lift it up but couldn't cause she wasn't strong enough on her own. That is why she was telling her friend to help her lift it. Third of if the both of them together couldn't lift it then it was clearly WAY to much to try to lift in the first place. Lets just say that the one on the bench could do 50 kg and the spotter could pull at the very minimum 15 kg then they should have atleast 15 kg over her limit to work with.
I had one who just REFUSED because "C'MON PUSH YOURSELF DUDE 5 MORE."
