The entire salvation plan encompasses the following: *The birth of Jesus into humanity. He came in the likeness of sinful flesh. He clothed His Divinity with humanity to identify with us. *He lived a perfect life in our behalf. If He had sinned once, it would be all over for us. *He died on the cruel cross to make our salvation possible. *He was buried and rose again since if He stayed in the grave that would have defeated the purpose of His dying. *He ascended to heaven and started his interces- sory work in humans behalf. How important is that! *Later He started His work of judgment and cleansing of the Most Holy Place in Heaven. *Soon He will return to take His faithful ones to heaven to spend the Millennium with Him after which He will come again to give the wicked their just reward and to purify the Earth with Fire. Each of these is a necessary part of the process which would be incomplete and thus ineffective WITHOUT IT. Thank You Jesus for your COMPLETE work in our behalf.
Anyone who accepts Jesus can be and should be a minister for Him. Being a pastor or church leader calls for being male, since the church is the bride of Christ. The Bible does NOT ENDORCE same-sex marriage. The Bible does not endorse women pastors. There is plenty that women can do to minister for Jesus, however beginning right in the home. God knows we need that ministry in a terrible way today.
Thank you for emphasizing the equal role of women as disciples of Jesus
This is my favourite Sabbath School lesson. I learn more here than many other places, Thank you.
