In telangana it is difficult. You need to do an eight(8) and a H with reverse gear, then make a U turn in single lane road. This looks easier as it is only half of H.

Not every city has a good standard of driving test .. reversing a car should not considered a pass... Take a test in Delhi not an easy but our country standard are still low need to strict like Europe.

These tests are too easy for people to get tested and given license just based on this. In India, there is no traffic sense. U need to rely on ur instincts more than this. U must develop a lot of confidence to drive. These drivers are struggling to park the car in reverse in such a big spot. And the ones who do are given licenses is a joke. The tests need to become much more harder.

Which RTO is this? In Kerala you have to take "H" Forward and Reverse.

In our J&K, driver has to make a ' + ' (plus) sign but not the downward stroke.
This is easy compared to that. I passed it in a 2nd gen swift.

Bengaluru is a big city with several RTOs. I gave my test in ecity where they have automated testing track with sensors and cameras.
Compared to getting a driver's license in China, it is really easy to get a driver's license in India!
