God bless you bro. I’ve been paralyzed for 24 years. Since I was 18. To help with spasms I have used professional massagers which have helped tremendously. My latest one was the Hypervolt. Handheld and works beautifully. Might work for you as well.

I think you’re doing really well. Transfers have some basic options but as every sci is different you need to find ways that work best for you
