That is definitely part of the future plans 100% I'm going to take the laundry stuff with us. In the past I've always had lots and lots of different clean outfits. This year we've switched over to those scent lock outfits and if they go bad there's no backup unfortunately. I really think they work at I really like them, but like anything else you have to be realistic.

great hunt Rich and nice restraint on Genevieve’s part by not taking another deer. one thing that i’ve used as a cover scent is Nose Jammer. It doesn’t totally fool a deer’s nose for long, but when the deer are in range, one doesn’t need that much time.

Four days into the hunt last year we were both blessed by two each, so still meat in the freezer. Maybe better luck next Tuesday? The color change in the woods was beautiful anyways.

I'm glad that I too bought a Killer Instinct Swat X1 crossbow. I'm going to start using the Swacker broadheads for the crossbow at 125gr. I see the proof that it works. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. ❤❤❤
Congrats Rich, great buck, great shot, great Swhacker result, I have noticed deer can load up to move just before the bolt exits, my lighted knock had broke off (bulb still on the bolt, plastic nock part was in the shoulder) that and major bone contact (badly bent blade(s) when I likely did not hit a rock) probably explains why my bolt is occasionally not found in the approximate direction it should be. ~W.Liggett
Yeah mine was pointing sideways also where I found it from what I would have expected, frankly I don't care if the whole thing went through there sideways as long as I find the deer haha

ive had good luck with doing an ozone wash when water is at a premium, im not a fan of running it while hunting but back at camp, it works crazy good.
