I bought most of this stuff about two months ago before this video was out and now this literally could've saved me countless hours of research hahaha If you're reading this, YOU ARE VERY LUCKY. Super nice video and high quality stuff. Josh is definitely saving people a bunch of time with this one. This might be the first time I ever comment on a video but well worth it.
Nice video overall. I would have preferred a much slower presentation of the double daisy chain and what knots are used through your rig, especially at each end of the kettlebell line.
@@JoshDaMunoz I'm familiar with bowlines but I understand they can potentially come loose under dynamic loading. I pushed and pulled at each end of one to test and it did loosen up dramatically. But the pull of a kettlebell probably doesn't let the line move much. To err on the side of caution I've learned to tie the bowline with a yosemite finish which can't loosen. I'm setting up my first float so researching everything, to make it ideal.
@@OutdoorAdventuresForever bowlines could yes. I have worked with them for about 8 years and never seen it happen. They need to be under a great load, and then off pressure completely for them to slip. Sure maybe figure 8 would be a “safer” knot. But under a lot of pressure they can be harder to untie.
This video is super helpful. Thanks for making it easy to find the gear Josh!
🤘🤣🤘

Ahh sorry I could have gone slower over the daisy chain. The knots on the kettle bell are just bowlines! Simple to tie!

Hey Josh, thanks for the video! I have a question, what mounts do you use for your spearguns? Do you have a link where i can find them?
Thank you!
Yeah the mounts are great! They are actually snowboard mounts. Gravity Grabber is the brand.
