Its tech cheese. If you are fast enough, they only have pylons on their wall, maybe they'll have one pylon in their main, but they won't see all corners of their base. This will by no means work on one base toss, but if they rush 2 base, then you can rush lair and nydus way before they are ready, mostly since people never expect nydus
Although for Z it's more like early pool, all-in, bring queen, lots of drones, build hatch to get a little creep and then place creep tumor and then _use_ drones to build spines, instead of bringing 1 probe to build 1 pylon and then cannons or 1 (or 2) scvs to build bunkers
The wall off after the forge still puts the toss super behind, it's not quite even footing, the zerg is still behind but it's still a way delayed nexus.

I do this with a nydus worm rush. FFE focuses so much on the wall that you can sneak a nydus in easy and get a few spines and a handful of lings to kill 1 zealot and stalker and then kill the expo from the highground

Most protoss open up FFE on this map because it's huge, though gateway wall-in is pretty decent against a 7pool but you're not gonna scout it that early, whereas a 7pool is pretty good against the (standard) FFE
Nestea did a spine crawler rush using overlord creep. to do so he rushed lair. At the time, it was the most baller thing the casters ever saw, and everybody wondered why nobody did such thing before. CatZ managed to take away the lair by building a tumor. Now, i don't know if you are trying to say that Nestea is retarded because he didn't think about it, but i like to think about it as CatZ being extremely creative. I guess it's a PoV thing

In your game protos built hes labs like a noob. I tried the same thing and my protos just walled up when scouted my pool. When my zerglings were trying to kill the wall he built a photon cannon behind it. What to do in case if enemy walled up?

Catz is much better at sc2 than you will probably ever be. What he did worked and at the end of the day thats all that matters, it wasnt unfair or anything...He was just smart about how he did it.

That was the coolest thing ever. I'm sick of watching PvZ matches where the Protoss player harasses the Zerg guy all game long and avoids playing anything real. Doesn't matter if it's proxy/forward pylon rush, early Phoenix/Void Ray, or Cannons in the Zerg base. That's all they do until they get Immortal/Sentry.
