    📜 Video Description 📜
    In the third episode of Cash Game Mastery we're back to the recorded cash game session format as I analyse a recent beating I took at 200 ZOOM on PokerStars. I get stacked multiple times in this session, but the result isn't important, it's how we analyse it that matters. This video is all about getting the most out of your losing poker sessions by conducting a post game sanity check.

    Great message here, there are good players out there getting their ass handed to them and they start thinking it's me but really only sometimes it's you, a lot of other times your just running into it!

    I'm only one minute in but just occurred to me when you mentioned morning routine, I never heard/read about your thoughts on physical fitness in the mental game. If I exercise for an hour my game is much better than I not. Pete or anyone else do anything similar?

    Pretty sure AA calls vs a 4b really often to protect calling range. Also AQ vs JTs hand i like a 4b often there, i don't think it's as strong as you think it is vs a 3b mp vs Bb. Suited, sure, call all day, but offsuit fold or 4b. KK hands vs 67, pretty sure the 7d gives you the nuts :D . The AK hand vs 2 players is very interesting, i have no idea how to play multiway pots.

    • @elpistolero82
      @elpistolero82 Рік тому +1

      I disagree about 4b AQ vs BB. You just iso yourself against the top of their 3-bet range (which is already pretty polar from the BB). Can't call a jam and not loving it when they flat the 4b and you get action on an A or Q. I prefer to call.

      @sabincioflec8413 Рік тому +1

      @@elpistolero82I meant it's too weak to call and 4betting as a bluff has good blocker properties. I just looked at the ranges from Masherdog and it's a 3rd 4b, a 3rd call and a 3rd fold. Given that people don't 3b enough or bluff enough, without other reads ( that opponent has optimal or higher 3b in those positions ) i think 4betting > folding > calling

    • @CarrotCornerPoker
      @CarrotCornerPoker  Рік тому

      I mean it really matters whether it's SB or BB. Against SB I think 4Bet is a lot more reasonable.

  • @haizembergpoker7705
    @haizembergpoker7705 Рік тому

    In 9Ts hand. Solver also never calls this hand. It dose XR little bit, Tx is fine blocker, never blocking any bluffs and blocks little bit of turn slowplays like KT,TT. Also what is interesting is that BB should turn every PP into a bluff otr, because every BW float got there by the river.

      Told you on the discord my guy. Float bets are an exception - think relative polarisation.
