Robin Gibb's ethereal voice is in a league all its own!💖 Whether he sang with his brothers - or released solo albums, there's no mistaking his unique, distinguished voice!
So you finally got to hear him and experience what a great singer he was. 😊 It would be fun if you would listen to another version and to have you watch it with us.This is a song from their 60's repertoire and you should choose a version from that period. If you want to hear more of Robin singing lead, listen to "I've Gotta Get A Message To You" and "Massachusetts" 60's versions.
I'm always so emotional watching the Bee Gees deliver their beautiful music, knowing we'll never see them again. God bless Robin, Maurice and Andy and may they all rest in peace now. 💔💔💔 and please God Barry stays with us. We'll love and enjoy their genius for ever.
Robin's voice was so unique but he was so animated. His voice brought me to The BeeGees and I never left. I always enjoyed when his voice was highlighted in a song, "For Whom The Bell Tolls" . I understand that he asked that this song be played at his funeral. He was so cute. RIP Robin
Your reaction is so sweet!! Robin was a very shy and laid back member of the band. His voice works perfectly with those of his more forceful brothers. RIP Robin
To have a talent like that, to b able to stand n a venue that large and perform and b so vulnerable is magical! Of course we want u to see the other performances! It makes it more special! We love u!❤
I always thought this was such a sad song when it first came out when I was a teen then. It made me think of the people who have sad lives through no fault of their own. One of my 1st favorite Bee Gees songs and I just got to get a letter to you'.
Thanks, my girl.. Robin wrote this when he was 18 yrs. old... this is obviously much later, but he maintained that beautiful voice... appreciate your reaction!!
Great reaction thank you. Please react to another Robin lead. The song is called HEART LIKE MINE, Robin’s voice has a beautiful haunting, vulnerable quality about it, it brings tears to my eyes. ❤❤❤
What an amazing talent Robin was, all the Bee Gees, Andy, Mo and Robin RIP... God Speed Barry, ive been listening since 1968, thank you for some of the greatest music ever recorded.
I am a great Brazilian fan from Bee Gees and It's amazing to see Young people reacting their wonderful songs. You must hear "Alone", "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart"' and "Run to Me" only to start. You won't believe in how many beautiful songs they have.
Hi Ola, sorry to hear you haven't felt well, but glad you're doing better. Great selection. Such a poignant song. To me, it's about someone who does something they think will help people, but ends up having negative consequences that end up coming back to haunt him. The "what comes around, goes around" axiom at work. Robin had one of those unique voices that is instantly recognizable. Rest in peace to him and Maurice and Andy
Early Robin solos wold also include "And the Sun Will Shine." And three cuts from the "Odessa" concept album... the title cut, "Black Diamond," and "Lamplight."
Please react Bee Gees "Alone". Robin sing big parts with his wonderful voice. The song is beautiful and it was released in 96/97, after almost 40 tears of careeer. Kiss from Portugal. Ana
React to one of the earlier versions too, I would enjoy seeing your reaction. Also check out Massachusetts, another of Robin's songs and a big hit in 1967, reaching #1 on the UK charts.
Another great song on which Robin sings lead is "Massachusetts." I would personally vote for you listening to the other renditions of this song in front of us. It's really a masterpiece, and one can't hear it too many times. That long ovation from the crowd says that in spades. 😊
The medley from this concert (bits of their hits and songs they wrote that were hits for others) is well worth a reaction if you can do it. It shows the talent of all the brothers and their interaction. Robin is credited as the main writer of this song. He was a loner and eccentric and for that reason often felt misunderstood. People took him the wrong way. He laughed, others cried, he cried, others laughed, out of synch with the rest of the world. How many times have we all tossed and turned in bed from saying something inappropriate? To me the song says, do we see people as they really are or as we think they are and are things we say misunderstood. A few other Robin leads are "Juliet" live in Berlin 1991 (his solo #1), Country Lanes, I can't see nobody, Bodyguard (very sexy), and Fallen Angel and When he's gone (both upbeat).
A really beautiful song by the Bee Gess with Robin on lead os their song "Rings around the moon." Most videos for that song include footage of Robin's Funeral, which makes quite an impact. Although quite emotional to watch it strengthens the song even more. It is definitely worth checking this song out.
Robin has always been my favorite ❤ If you really want a treat, watch the 1974 live in Melbourne of the song "I Can't See Nobody". Robin wrote this song when he was in his teens. There is a part where he is distracted, but he just keeps singing, and his smile will melt your heart. (Security stopping a fan from getting on stage to kiss Mo).
Robin was the best Bee Gee and sang all the best melancholy songs. Really & Sincerely, though not very well known, is the best one he did. Faith No More also did a wonderful cover of I Started A Joke too
Your reactions are priceless! Your voice, your smile, your beautiful face always bring me a smile. I was sorry you were sick, but am thankful you are improving. Thank you for another excellent reaction to a beautiful song.
Robin was a top notch vocalist in his own right ....his other well known solo, Massachusetts , is also a much see .Interestingly , whenever Robin would have a solo ....Barry would turn his back to the audience ....so as not to take the focus off of Robin . You can see that , in this video , also .
These songs bring Robin in at the chorus and he blows it away. Wedding Day, For Whom The Bell Tolls, And Alone are a few of Robin’s great time to shine. I love him too. Mo and Barry are wonderful too, but I fell for Robin. His voice is amazing in a different way from everyone else’s. Rest In Peace Robin. You are truly loved and missed. ♥️🌹♥️
You would like Robin singing "And the Sun Will Shine" live in 1974: ua-cam.com/video/mrp1FScBjK0/v-deo.htmlsi=v5KXtKjxV3oyesPF Also "I Can't See Nobody" live on the Midnight Special ua-cam.com/video/IPcuCCaBZ7w/v-deo.htmlsi=NI4EJ5JeQnwHO54O Two great Robin songs.
Congratulations. You finally got to hear his amazing beautiful voice. He had an amazing solo career as well. If you want to hear him, check out the album Walls Have Eyes. Every song is fantastic. For his Beegees song leads, check out, country lanes, when he's gone, and don't fall in love with me. Those are just a select few. I think your reaction was adorable and oh so correct
Robin had a voice of an angel indeed. It's a worn-out phrase but it is very true here. Check out his solo "Don't Cry Alone". That was one of his last songs.
I was the biggest fan of Bee Gees from the get go! I saw them in concert in 1969. I was a freshman in college and a guy that I wasn't really interested in, got tickets so I would go out with him...and then we dated for about a year!
Hehe.. love Robin's voice too.. it's so unique. Didn't realize you had a diff channel for just music reactions. Recommend 'Massachusetts'.. another song where Robin takes lead. Was my fav song growing up as a kid listening to it on a 8track cartridge. Those were the days..
Robin also sings "Massachusetts", which is probably my favorite Bee Gees song.
Mine too.
Me too.
Robin Gibb's ethereal voice is in a league all its own!💖
Whether he sang with his brothers - or released solo albums, there's no mistaking his unique, distinguished voice!
This is far and away my favorite Beegees song. Nobody could sing it like Robin.
Rest in peace Robin what a wonderful voice and song 🎵
RIP Robin. He was one of a kind.
The brothers all had great voices. But Robin was definitely special, and this song is amazing.
One of the most talented, truly gifted vocalist/musicians there ever was. He was amazing.
My favorite Gibb brother too. His voice was so vulnerable and beautiful. RIP Robin.

Robin had by far the best voice of the Bee Gees. RIP Robin.
I agree! Barry has the great falsetto, but Robin's got a something else. I can listen to this song all day long!
Robin, simply the best!
I fell in love with Robin and his brothers the 1st time i heard this song more than 50 years ago.
Always love a Bee Gees reaction. All eras, all leads, all genres. So diverse.
Robin sings the lead on "I Can't See Nobody " Live in Melbourne 1974. It is epic. Very few reactors have found this gem.
Robin's voice was so unique but he was so animated. His voice brought me to The BeeGees and I never left. I always enjoyed when his voice was highlighted in a song, "For Whom The Bell Tolls" .
I understand that he asked that this song be played at his funeral. He was so cute. RIP Robin

The most amazing vibrato ever.
robin sings wit conviction n emotion, wonderful vibrato, rip mte
So wonderful.. how moving.. He's incredible.
Loved the BGees. Robin had a melodic voice. Together they harmonise beautifully. Known for their disco music. Prolific song writers.
I always thought this was such a sad song when it first came out when I was a teen then. It made me think of the people who have sad lives through no fault of their own. One of my 1st favorite Bee Gees songs and I just got to get a letter to you'.
Robin was incredible. His live performances were never anything but the best he could do!!
RIP, what a voice I heard he requested this be played at his funeral. Love your reactions
Robin was their lead singer for almost all of their 60s early 70s songs.
I feel this way in this terrible, terrible world today.
Yes, this is such a beautiful song.
La voz de Robin , es unica e inigualable❤ y absolutamente Conmovedora.❤ Bee Gees los Mas grandes de la Historia.❤🇦🇷
Olla glad you are getting better we all miss you ❤😂.
React to the song called “Ive gotta get a message to you” by the bee gees 1968 :)
What an amazing talent Robin was, all the Bee Gees, Andy, Mo and Robin RIP... God Speed Barry, ive been listening since 1968, thank you for some of the greatest music ever recorded.
The Gibb Brothers: Australia's #1 gift to the world!
They were not born in Australia they moved there as kids left as teenagers went back to England, spent years living in America
I am a great Brazilian fan from Bee Gees and It's amazing to see Young people reacting their wonderful songs. You must hear "Alone", "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart"' and "Run to Me" only to start. You won't believe in how many beautiful songs they have.

Yes! I cry everytime I hear this song! It's so sad but at the same time it's beautiful too! I miss him & his brothers singing to this day.
.
I love Robin's voice...please listen Massachusetts.....Thanks Olavity good health for you
Early Robin solos wold also include "And the Sun Will Shine." And three cuts from the "Odessa" concept album... the title cut, "Black Diamond," and "Lamplight."

From the same show check out "juliet". Which originally was solo hit for robin. Great song
I think the best version is in Berlin 1981.
Checkout Robins vocals in the song ( For Whom The Bell Tolls) the video version where the Bee Gees are singing in New York beside the river, !
React to one of the earlier versions too, I would enjoy seeing your reaction. Also check out Massachusetts, another of Robin's songs and a big hit in 1967, reaching #1 on the UK charts.
Terrific.
I was a bigger fan of the early Bee Gees than the disco era Bee Gees...and I still liked the disco era Bee Gees a lot.
Another great song on which Robin sings lead is "Massachusetts."
I would personally vote for you listening to the other renditions of this song in front of us. It's really a masterpiece, and one can't hear it too many times. That long ovation from the crowd says that in spades. 😊
Next song..."words" live,...by Barry in this same concert 1989
Yes please!
Barry is far from a slouch! They are both great in their own right.
The medley from this concert (bits of their hits and songs they wrote that were hits for others) is well worth a reaction if you can do it. I love your reactions.
Robin wrote this song himself when he was 17
me encanto y te seguiré
A really beautiful song by the Bee Gess with Robin on lead os their song "Rings around the moon." Most videos for that song include footage of Robin's Funeral, which makes quite an impact. Although quite emotional to watch it strengthens the song even more. It is definitely worth checking this song out.
It’s so sad that he’s NO LONGER WITH US,
Robin's voice seems to reach into your heart and trigger your emotions.
A wonderful song...haven't you felt like that before?
Robin has always been my favorite ❤ If you really want a treat, watch the 1974 live in Melbourne of the song "I Can't See Nobody". Robin wrote this song when he was in his teens. There is a part where he is distracted, but he just keeps singing, and his smile will melt your heart. (Security stopping a fan from getting on stage to kiss Mo).
It was written in '66 by Barry & Robin in Australia.
Robin was the best Bee Gee and sang all the best melancholy songs. Really & Sincerely, though not very well known, is the best one he did. Faith No More also did a wonderful cover of I Started A Joke too
I love all 4 of Brothers Gibb! But Andy Gibb was a solo singer! R.I.P to the Andy, Maurice and Robin! Love you All!
Beautiful.
another of his songs "Juliet" is really good too.
React to all the live footage of this song. Then we get to see you, react one of the greatest songs ever!

Grandma and grandpa already knew what was good.
It's nice that people like you make sure she isn't forgotten.

Bodyguard and Rings Around the Moon feature Robin and there are many more
Also check out When He's Gone
Brilliant reaction!
Take a listen to “ Alone”
It has 2 chorus’s , one of which Robin sings.
Great reaction, check out Robin singing 'Massachusetts' in the same 1989 Australian concert, a must watch for any fan of Robin.....
The standing ovation went on over 2 mins for that song at that concert.
A standing ovation is.....
applause by audience members when most if not all are standing. Sorry, but 6 people isn't a standing ovation.
@@kthor In this instance your point is ........
@@HeatherMyfanwyTylerGreey Most if not all of the audience wasn't standing, correct? The comment gets old!
You wanna hear his best try Bodyguard absolutely awesome
They used to be our neighbors in Redcliffe, Australia where they grow up, before they move to USA.
Robin was a top notch vocalist in his own right ....his other well known solo, Massachusetts , is also a much see .Interestingly , whenever Robin would have a solo ....Barry would turn his back to the audience ....so as not to take the focus off of Robin . You can see that , in this video , also .
A couple of songs that Robin sings is " I can't see nobody " and " Bodyguard ".
Lovely Ola,nice reaction again...Check out Robin's "Juliet"...
These songs bring Robin in at the chorus and he blows it away. Wedding Day, For Whom The Bell Tolls, And Alone are a few of Robin’s great time to shine. I love him too. Beautiful song. It’s been a long time since I heard this. Made me feel good

Congratulations. You finally got to hear his amazing beautiful voice. He had an amazing solo career as well. If you want to hear him, check out the album Walls Have Eyes. Every song is fantastic. ❤❤❤❤😢 Robin, é interessante demais! É uma das vozes mais lindas que já ouvi. É também meu preferido dos Bee Gees. Amo❤❤❤❤Amo❤❤❤❤🇧🇷🇧🇷💪👏👏👏👏👏
Robin had a voice of an angel indeed. It's a worn-out phrase but it is very true here.
Check out his solo "Don't Cry Alone". That was one of his last songs.
Next......listen to Robin sing lead on, "Bodyguard". ❤
I was the biggest fan of Bee Gees from the get go! I saw them in concert in 1969. I was a freshman in college and a guy that I wasn't really interested in, got tickets so I would go out with him...and then we dated for about a year!
My personal favourite Robin solo song is Juliette
I liked Robin’s voice also!
Dann mußt du unbedingt,,Rings around the Moon,,hören das ist für mich einer von den besten Songs wo Robin das beste gegeben hat ❤❤❤
Always preferred Robins voice to Barry's tbh
Always preferred Barry's voice to Robin's warble tbh
Nice song
Hehe.. love Robin's voice too.. it's so unique. Didn't realize you had a diff channel for just music reactions.
Recommend 'Massachusetts'.. another song where Robin takes lead.
Was my fav song growing up as a kid listening to it on a 8track cartridge. Those were the days..
