- A fabulous machine, imposing and substantial, excellent condition, truly unique in several ways, including central gear lever. Two long-term owners and believed just 36,000 miles from new. Interesting registration number!
Very interesting car with the white instruments and different arrangement from normal , we owned 3-DL-48 in the late 50s and 60s ,Like most exotic P111s , few achieve the breathtaking elegance of their forebears , the rear end and lowered hood are particularly unsuccessful.
Built for Kenneth Lesley Bilbrough whilst residing in Chislehurst Kent, prior to his retirement. I’ve mentioned the story of the car in my book “Bilbrough’s “ - where I spent over 25 happy years as Facilities Manager in the London office of A Bilbrough and Co Ltd.
Truly remarkable car - thanks for the video
Is that the band playing under the bonnet, it sounds great?
Magnificent! I wonder what the rear visibility is like with the hood down ?
