Sweet Potato Crescent Rolls

These fluffy crescent rolls will be a family favorite! Originally found in the Simply In Season cookbook, I've modified the recipe to include monk fruit/cinnamon sugar, and optional add-ins such as dried fruit, chocolate chips, or poppy seeds. Since my brother is a hobby bread baker, I wanted to wish him a happy birthday if he's reading this :)
