- Dozens of home-grown Karrar drones, equipped with air-to-air Majid missiles, have joined Iran Army's Air Defense Force. The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was unveiled during a ceremony at Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense Academy in Tehran on December 10. The Karrar drones armed with Majid missiles are capable of intercepting and engaging any flying objects and hostile targets. Watch the video to know about the capabilities of Karrar drone.

The missile has a range of only 8km? The whole drone can be spotted by an F-16 at 300km and shot down by a Sidewinder missile at 20km and at 100km by an AIM-120 AMRAAM (beyond visual range) missile.

How effective are those air to air missiles fired from a drone made by Iran. I'm guessing the range is probably less than 3km and the accuracy of actually hitting a flying object flying at 300km is poor to very poor.
