The best resort in Veradero.....nice and small and all the staff are great from Elimay to Alberto and the bar staff are the best....been there many times and would go no where else
The biggest advantage I would say is that everything is walking distance: from local bars, shopping mall, taxi station and the local walk-in clinic is just accros the road

This resort is our top pick in Varadero everything is just few steps away so if the weather is windy or if it is raining, you save on cab cost :-)
I just got back from this beautiful resort. The grounds are very well kept and the gardeners work very hard at keeping them beautiful. The cleaning staff do an amazing job at keeping everything clean and tidy.
I was very pleased with everything except one down side. The dinning room staff are a tad on the rude side. We tipped everyday and no amount of tips got adequate service. There were about 5 wait staff that were pleasant and accommodating, the rest were rude and dismissive. One morning we asked 4 times for coffee and still never got it. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t believe we should be catered to hand and foot, but asking for a coffee is pretty small ask .
Other than that I was very impressed with this resort
We didnt have anything to complain about. Keep in mind that some of them are new and maybe still in training. Tips and smile always work :-)

@@MyMemories07 when we stayed in April a couple friends stayed in the eco rooms.. they weren’t terrible but they found it a little inconvenient.
I've been at this resort 20 years ago. It was called Mercure Cuatro Palmas back then, and I found a huge cockroach in my shower the very first night. It hasn't changed a bit, except the name.
Good memories, although I would never go back there.
I'm going to keep this short and sweet. This is a one star resort at very best. The place is a dump, run down and all they wanna do is suck as much money out of you as possible. Save your money and go someplace else.
What happened? When did you stay at SCP? I was looking to go in August...
@@Abstr00se Just read all the one and two star reviews on TripAdvisor because they are all true. Ignore three, four and five star reviews as they're nothing but BS
The hotel is very nice but empty, where are the tourists, let me guess, they are in Punta Cana HAHAHAHAHAH.
