Pair being investigated for large-scale theft from local construction site

Clay County deputies arrested two people they believe may be connected to thousands of dollars worth of stolen materials and tools from a subdivision construction site near 115th and Plattsburg Rd.

My small town of Chesterfield, Illinois has a pair just like that. They have a sham of a contractor business they use to steal materials and tools from job sights. It would not surprise me at all if they did this because they have been "working" in Missouri for a while now.
