Best Place To Stay In Majorca - Sol Lunamar Apartments - Palma Nova - Palma de Mallorca, Spain

- Here's a video tour inside and out of a place we have stayed at a couple of times, Sol Lunamar Apartments in Palma Nova, Majorca. A lovely 3 star hotel with basic but clean rooms and cooking facilities, lovely pool and situated in a great area of Palma Nova. A short walk from gorgeous beaches, bars and restaurants. Also know as Hotel Sol Lunamar Apartmentos. It is a short walk to the strip in Magaluf if you are young enough for it!
Palmanova is situated at only 13,3 kilometers from Palma de Mallorca and has three beautiful beaches.

If you come out of the front of the hotel, turn left, walk down to the crossroads. Some lovely bars and restaurants, shops and chemist etc. Also shortcut to Magaluf. Enjoy.

By eck John you have taken me back here, i used to live at the lunamar in early 90’s, el mecca closed noooo use always eat there, a bloke called Lopez ran it, i live in the apartment over the double door on the right of the bar area, can’t believe they got rid of the bar in the middle of the pool, had good times there, 92 to 96 i was there in season, then I returned in 2010 and stopped near you are there, so handy just jump wall “now gone” i couldn’t believe how much changed and now adults only, great videos and ps that back gate was never locked but did the walk if shame a few times in day keep fit :-)

Thanks for the kind words Marcello. A sub would ne nice! Regardless, I really like it there. Pretty basic (not all inclusive) but really nice and local. Very clean and relaxing. Bars, restaurants and the beach right on your doorstep. We'll be going back as many do. Keep an eye out for future videos. Going off to crete soon and think it'll make a nice vlog too! had the breakfast at the 3 brothers on Saturday, great menu and value for money, looking already to get back over lol

King William pub is worth a visit John, used to go in there pre covid, nice vibe. Enjoy your break 👍
I'll see if I can find it. Used to pop in El Mecca for a nightcap but the guys retired. Lots of restaurants, less bars so I'll look out for it on our travels. Cheers mate.

Enjoyed the video, we have been a few times and stayed at the hotel just opposite the back way you come and go from The Son Matias beach and thats also Adults only (wasnt sure if that was the hotel you had also stayed at before?) We didnt mind Magaluf during the day but not so fond of it of a night LOL Palma Nova has so much to offer though itself. We tend to return to Cala Bona and stay at another Adults only hotel called the Alicia its really lovely there too. will check out your other videos...
Ah, yes. I've walked past the Son Matias a few times. Lovely area. Pretty down to earth but we like it. Came out of hotel front today, went left and down towards Magaluf and found lovely bar on our last day. Now at airport. Cheers and thanks for watching.

Yes, think it's called that. The new place on the front? And they bought the old Costa coffee place? Think in 1 of my videos I walk down there and film outside before going on the beach. Think it's called that. Name rings a bell. Nice place.

Yep, a nice break but it's bloody hot! About to eat and have a cold few. Bungalow getting there slowly. Being all plastered then it's just kitchen to fit, bathrolm to finish and do outside. Costing a bit bit it'll get there. Cheers buddy.

Err.. srry. Not been here for a year. Tbh all the steak places are great. And I love the curry house next to the sports bar. I'm back to marjorca in Oct but trying different place as all prices gone up. The 'boss' got us a cheap deal late sneaky break. Love majorca. 2 hours from us and you're in the sun.
