cons:
1. shvs battery gets down within 3 years…
2. poor turning radius
3. fast aging of leather seats
4. the bumper cap in the front keeps falling

This car still has the stock headlights ..Never felt the need to upgrade as these headlights do the work just enough..! The car has been driven mostly in Mumbai for daily commute to work..
Go for led for high beam.and hid for projector
I'm not satisfied with ciaz stock headlights.. so i upgrade my lower beam with osaram hid to improve headlights performance.. high beam with Philip's led headlights .. it's giving a fabulous performance on road.. what's your opinion/experience?

Ciaz ki head light bahut bekaar hai kuch nahi dikhta hai raat mei... Even Ertiga mei ciaz se kahi jaada acchi headlight lagi hai....
Ciaz is very reliable, I have driven it over 1.75 lakh kilometres on highway and in city, never disappointed me.
I had the ZDI+ SHVS variant, gave an avg mileage of more than 22kmpl.
Now I have exchanged it for the ciaz 2018 Alpha petrol. Gives an awful mileage of 16kmpl
I had driven vdi+ 1.93 km ..never get disappointed...avg milage approximate 20km

I drive every day 70kms from home to high court and back home.
Best value for money car
Only problem i feel it's stearing doesn't way up on high speeds

2015 model VDI+ 140000 kms done not a single complaint from engine side nor from the suspension..It still gives mileage of 20+
Most of ciaz parts are shared with swift . If you check brake pads of both swift and ciaz are exactly similar.But prize of ciaz brake pads are too expensive than swift. This is a serious you should make a video or check it once.@motoroctane Thanks for great videos.

Being a ciaz owner without rain visiors ciaz a b pillar is way good and provide good vision as i drive it in himachal pradesh from al and all coaz is all over a good product is segment main baki gadios e zda comfortable ride ha and petrol efficient

I too have a ciaz zdi+ 2016. I have driven it 110000 kms n it’s going good. Earlier there was an issue, under body of car usually scrapes around speed bumps. Later I upgrade tyres from 195/55/16 to 205/60/16 and now it rides like a dream.

Tatti car hai .... Only spacious hai bus shvs stops working hit ya miss .. quality and plastics tatti hai ..door is like tin ke .... Power hai hi nhi gaadi lad jaati hai neeche se ..total cost of service is 10000 plus from maruti service shop I bought this because I got good offer from maruti on my previous car ...ciaz has broken down 4 times while my 5 year old ecosport works perfectly.. touchwood

The service cost of diesel ciaz is much more compared to volkswagen vento, skoda rapid and hyundai verna. This is because maruti uses synthetic oil for ciaz which costs much more than normal mineral oil. But inspite of that the service interval of ciaz is 10000 Kms. Skoda and VW also uses synthetic oil and service cost for both is around 8k to 9k with a service interval of 15000 kms. Verna diesel uses normal mineral oil and service cost comes out to be 6k to 6.5k at every 10000 kms. Going by this comparison, skoda rapid and volkswagen vento comes out to be more economical out of all along with verna. While Ciaz is most expensive of the lot in terms of maintenance which is contrary to maruti's reputation.
Please make a review on Maruti Ignis one of the most underrated cars in India...

I have 2016 petrol done 78 k km sofar.amazing with 21 kms mileage.great looks.
I have ciaz zdi plus with me since 2016.
Pillars blocking view while turning and windshield getting shade from dashboard against sunlight and poor headlights are other problems in ciaz. Android auto sometimes doesn't connect with phone. Other than these three everything is good in ciaz.

Which car is best in terms of seating comfort, milage, engine power, and overall look, Ciaz or XUV300(manual)?
Personal choice - XUV will give height benefit. Driving Mahendra engine would be fun.
One is sub compact SUV And other is Sedan both are great. You can take a ride and go with any blindly.
I have also ciaz zdi plus . But i dnt have any type of problem from this product jese ki ye bhaisahab bta rhe hai and meri car 101000 plus run kr chuki hai ... Best car in this segment

Yess he told truth i have same model VDI+ 2016 AVG SERVICE COST IS NERE 8-9K for me , just replace battery after lockdown for 8500 70AH, need to change tyres as 1 tyre have very very small punctures around 4-5 which bcoz of which i have to go pump station every 3-4 days

60k km n still clutch assembly not changed which is remarkable. My friend have the new petrol 1.5 it's very good to drive no local of power with 5 passengers. But look wise I liked the earlier model more.

4: If in just 2 hours he is feeling fatigue in a 10 lakh rupee vehicle whats the point of buying it?
He still said that he is not regretting it. What kind of a guy is he? sbhi kuch to kharabh is gaadi mein. When a person buy an expensive vehicle it has to deliver on performance, comfort and safety. As per this guy all this is missing from it. I see every reason for not buying it.

I like to sell my Ciaz and go in for new full size sedan (honda city)only for monthly once along with family.

I think he did a fine job..i don't think he took time between words coz he was trying to speak English. I think it's a genuine speaking style that some ppl have. My dad has the same speaking style whether he speaks English or Hindi.

If u want build and features go for verna or city as ciaz has no extras(or special features) against them ,Ciaz has simple features and just the big boot better choose the competitors or Suv which are cheaper like nexon, Xuv300,Venue etc

i have obsered that in ciaz, after rain the windshief turns out to be very foggy, even after using defogger, blowing out cool/hot air through windshield vents its still remains you have to clear that yourself, have you found any on to that
