So in today’s episode of ‘Quarterly Insights of a Clinic Owner’ we’re going to do just that & take a look at how we recently did this with a clinic owner - reasoning and all!
As a quick reminder…
The key outcomes for the quarter were:
Decrease in revenue during school holidays of less than 12% when compared to average revenue during the school terms
An increase of 1 FTE therapists
A team NPS score above 8.5
Outstanding invoices below 8% of total revenue on a monthly basis
And the results…
14% decrease in revenue compared to the average school term
And increase in 1 FTE therapists
Team NPS of 9
Outstanding invoices 10.3% of total monthly revenue
