Loving this! I'm curious to know if you are going to venture into sandbox mode, as all the things you are wanting (metal beams, corner blocks, curved blocks, choosing your own roofs and so on) are all in sandbox mode. I would love to see you build your own house from scratch! Your designs are always awesome. One thing I forgot to mention in my last comment is that the price also increases with the number of rooms in a home (especially rooms with a radiator), and they seem to love plants. Grillmastah did a video (Overgrown villa) where he had all the vines/plants, checked the sale price (profit of 408k), then removed a bunch of the vines and the price dropped dramatically ( profit of 389k). I hope this info helps! Thank you for the videos
Appreciate the correction, but i don't know one person in the window supply industry that that pronounces it that way including the higher ups at Pella ;)
Loving the series. About the heavy objects, there is actually a perk to make carrying them quick. I think it is in the "flipper sense " category.

I really like the lighthouse!
You are my fav to go when it comes to house flipper2. You are quite fast with the uploads and I'm loving it. Thank you for your hard work!:)
basement has to have a huge game room
That little triangle piece is perfect for some stairs at least. :P
if only we could flip it =)
I'm really enjoying your vids. Thanks for continuing.
Incredible timing, I just finished the previous episode!
AIM TO PLEASE!
Loving the vids as always. Would love to see dark gray/blue siding with white trim on the outside of the house
I think you can use some pieces as walls and manipulate the shape and size...the triangle roof piece could maybe be use as a 45° wall piece
you aren't supposed to call it a "master" anymore, now it's the "primary"😁
I still put master on my plans, so people will just have to deal with it. We don't change rules just because of a few.
did you try placing down the triangle piece and then try adjusting it?
You're mispronouncing muntin. It's not mutton, it's muntin. MUN-TIN
