Hey my friend I hope you're having an epic Merry Christmas I just saw this video yesterday I forgot to leave you a comment I love it I'm glad you did a ReSound of violent night I'm pretty sure everyone in the comments is asking you to do the final fight from violent night but I'm curious since you've done a few Christmas resounds let me ask you this you have done amazing work on Lethal Weapon 4 maybe you should do the final fight from Lethal Weapon 1 if you please
Tony, when I saw this in my notifications, my face lit up like a Christmas tree!
Let's make this short and sweet: Each and every SFX sounds so much better. Each of Santa's strikes with the hammer sound weighty and powerful, not to mention that it sounds like the kill squad are being battered by a piece of metal. Also, every time Santa tosses someone around, they actually sound like they have weight when they land.
The best scene is easily the bit with the ice skates. They sound sharp, the blood splatters are crisper, and they have impact. Kudos to you for the sliding SFX for the poor bugger who got decapitated!
But honestly, my favourite addition to this must be the small sing of metal when Santa picks up the ice skating shoe. It sounds like he's picked up a sword and it just works because of how silly it is!
