Buckle:

If you can find one on a belt, or purse, or something, at a thrift store, that might be cheaper. Use whatever you want.
Leather hole punch tool I have:

You can use whatever snaps and Velcro that you want. you don't have to use the same stuff I used.

I was looking for a tutorial on how it make this belt and I finally found one! Very helpful and easy to follow. I’m planning on doing a P3 cosplay in the future. I love the new armband design in the reload version as it looks more like a combat operative sleeve.

Oh wow, then it's a good thing I put this up. It's only been 3 days since it went public lol. Good timing! As far as the new design, personally I don't like it as much. That thing is gonna be annoying to wear. The entire new jacket AND the arm band. If I ever make the new outfits, I might have the arm band seen on as a top piece over the sleeve itself.

@@JeiCos the new outfits do have more intricate detail. Though the shoulder part of the armband may not stay in place. Either way , whatever works best.

@@karmicillusion17 not even just that. They have completely new jackets. It seems like they will be getting them when Fuuka joins. So you'll start with the school uniforms blazers, but then you'll switch to the new jacket and new arm band at that point

@@JeiCos seems likely. The classic uniforms are a great starter for the beginning of the game. The game looks really good so far, definitely on my must buy list.
