Love your tutorial, you have no idea how much it's appreciated that you include instructions on other sizes. May not be a surprise that a whole lot of people are not a small or medium size. What a beautiful sweater.

Thank you so much for a variation of esc. The ones where you just pull the second loop up longer didn't really give the look I wanted. This is perfect. And Thank You for such a simple and beautiful cardigan pattern. I'm 4 years back into crochet after a 20 year hiatus and things are so much better with video tutorials as I'm a more visual learner.

I love love love this stitch. Thank you for introducing me to it. I’ve only done extended doubles before but I like this texture more. Also bless you for taking the time to include all the sizes and number of stitches needed. I don’t need to do any math. Wish more people would do this to simplify things. You are a blessing to math challenged crocheters 😊

Just got done making this for a cosplay. Love how I was able to do more rows to make it longer and, with it being summer, leave the long sleeves off if I chose to. Did a scallop edging on the arm holes and it fits amazing!!!!! The size (XL) is perfect! Will definitely make this agin ❤

I am almost done with the dc stitch only cardigan. It took me a day. I’ve made many cardigans , but was looking for one that fit just right. You know that elusive Goldilocks fit…not too loose, not too tight! Plus. I wanted numbers for my beginning chain and row 1 of increases (I wanted them for the “box”, you know, where you make the front, sides, and back then put the # of starting chains). This way I could use it for similiar cardigans in the future. My shoulders are smaller than for my size, so it’s hard to find the exact chains needed. Your #’s were perfect! Thank you. This cardigan is next on my list.

1st time seeing your video. I was looking for an alternative beginning for a granny square cardigan I'm making and this is perfect. I've never heard of the extended single crochet until now and I love how it looks. I like how you give stitch counts for the different sizes, so there there's no guessing... I'm half way through the video and I'm enjoying it. Good job!

Ok so I love the pattern and the tutorial, and I was halfway through making this cardigan myself when i realized I wouldn't have enough yarn to finish it, so i had to unravel everything 😢
But I was wondering if it would be possible to use double crochet instead of an extended single crochet to make this, as double crochet uses less yarn than extended single crochet?
