I am inspired by your various, beautifully written journals! I came across Sterling Ink recently, and really like the look of them, but was worried they might be difficult or expensive to import to the UK. I will have another look!
@@angelaclifton7609 thank you 😊 Sterling Ink have flat rate shipping of $8 to the UK as long as your order is over $35, which most books will be anyway. There is usually tax added, but I’ve never had to pay import fees and for someone who loves notebooks it could be worth it. Hopefully you find something you like!
In German we call the week between Christmas and New Year's "zwischen den Jahren" which means "between the years". It goes back to a time when there wasn't a unified calendar system and for some the new year started after Christmas on the 25. on for others a week later. It still retains the weird limbo-like feeling you get after Christmas. Here everythings winds down. Most people are off work, some shops are closed others may have shortened opening times and you are done with the year but the next one hasn't started yet. I also ordered from Sterling Ink, a B6 horizontal full year in Mulberry. I'm trying to combine my bullet journal (A5) with my daily journal (A6) because I draw the exact same layout in my bujo every week and I want to cut back on the prep time a little. However my order is still on hold because I'm waiting for the clear covers to launch.
That's so interesting it has a name! Yes there is a lot of conditioning around that time of the year when people are usually off work and school, so it organically feels like a very introverted period of time when we wind down and prepare for the new year. Thanks for sharing that information, I really appreciate it!
She will have the calendar boards for sale on her website she said, if all goes well... I mean they were free so I'm just thankful she included them. I say this because ive seen a lot of people complain about what they got as a free item, and I'm worried she won't be motivated to do those type of things anymore if everyone is complaining about it. Definitely post in the group because I've seen a couple people want to trade. I hope I didnt come off rude, i just dont want her to feel like its not worth it to add these type of items in purchases.
@@Chaos_and_Creativity I wasn’t complaining, just sating my preference. I’m swapping one of them with someone in the group which is nice. I don’t normally use pencil boards so I probably wouldn’t purchase them but I think so many people do want to buy them that I doubt Catherine would change her mind about selling them 😊

Thank you for your prompt and helpful reply. I am reassured, and will make an order 😃

Hey hun love the video, i dont think there should be lines down by the spine of the B6 slim. I haven’t noticed that on any other planners.
@@Whoopsididitagainco so weird right? Love your videos btw 🩷
I've seen a couple of them, it may depend on full year or compact.
