    It was such a good film. However, you would have to have been very aware of the Manson Murders in order to enjoy it fully. I thought Brad Pitt was brilliant. @@huckleberrylachow2202 So you DO have to be aware that a guy had a bunch of people kill for him. And that guy was Manson. There is even a brief appearance of a Manson double in the film. If you have read the book on the Manson murders it fleshes out the movie and gives it a much larger scope. Read "Helter Skelter" and THEN watch the movie. Tarantino has said that he made the film in homage to Sharon Tate. Read the book and you'll know what you've missed.

    Just found this video today. As for my take on this cast, everyone on that stage, and two who weren't there, brought their A-Game with their performances in this film. I mean Brad and Leo always do, but I thought Margaret Qualley portrayed the epitome of a 60's hippie chick. Mike WAS Bruce Lee. Julia appears to have a bright future in film. And as for the two "actors" who weren't there, Dakota was scary good as Squeaky, and I will never again, be able to watch another actress portray Sharon Tate after seeing Margot's performance.

    Margaret is Andie McDowell's daughter. Ms. Butters has been an "actor" since 2016. Quinton knows how to pick them. When he puts a movie together, they all enjoy doing it, and they ALWAYS say it's like a family. Amazing how this child isn't star struck. It's exciting, yes, but she comes prepared and ready for work. You can tell Both Brad and Leonardo are taken with her. She was in the Gray man with Ryan Gosling also. I'm back here looking at this again. And I'm seeing Brad Pitt through different eyes. My son looks like him and behaves like him. (I was very young when I had my son...yeah right...but he IS younger than Brad Pitt) I think it's something to do with a certain relaxed, not so testosterone fueled attitude. A calm comes over guys around that age. A calm born of experience and years. That's the only way you can get it. It's a confidence. It looks good on Brad Pitt. Looking at him is like looking at my son.

    • @FrontRowFlynn
      @FrontRowFlynn  4 роки тому +4

      What difference does it make? It’s their panel, they wanted him there. I’ve done these things where they include an actor(s) with one line and no real screen time. “Bruce” was an important character with a memorable scene. If you watch it again, you see QT works him in for a couple of scenes before and after. “Bruce” is the one teaching “Sharon Tate” martial arts for her fight scene in the movie.
