I made a video showing great tips. Focus on getting a big lead so you can start missing on purpose and run pick n rolls with your biggest best rebounders so they roll and then miss on purpose so they get the rebounds

I ran it with Saboner doing the double double agenda for fathers day. On Defense just off balled and controlled saboner the whole time to get rebounds. If you struggle run pick & roll and miss on purpose to try and get the rebound.
