Pro tip, especially useful for bosses - when you make a "makeshift paragon" (a paragon that u want to sell later) you should always transform the most expensive tier 5 into the paragon to get more money back. For example after t2 lych you had a paragon worth ~125k, because you probably used crossbow master or ultra-jugg, but when i am doing it witch PMF it can even sell for ~150k (the math might be a little bit off, but you get the idea).

This makes me realize that 3 boss difficulties would actually be a really good idea. We need a boss difficulty that is just a little bit easier than elite, and then they can make the elite boss as hard as this Lych one or the Vortex one from a few weeks ago. Most of the playerbase can't even beat like the third or fourth tier of the elite bosses, so an intermediate difficulty would really help.
@@kevinderoo3880 Or turn current normal into the middle because boss events are already near impossible without massive amounts of cash drops or insta farms.

On tier 1 much easier way to give more time to farm is a 0-3-0 heli and a glue near the entrance to stall. You kill the boss around round 41 and can then sell your MOAB eliminator to farm faster and earlier.

That's cap, tier 30 dart and tier 42 ninja paragon don't come nowhere near the dps you need to take down the tier 5 elite Lych. Maybe you beat the normal boss with those 2, but def not the elite.
I've been trying to get top 10 for the ranked normal, and it's incredibly painful. Huge HP least tiers is a rough combination. I do like that they're experimenting with odd combinations though.
So for teir 3 u could have put the darts at spawn used x5x dart ability and probably gotten a few teirs on dart paragon... Would it matter? Yes actually you would kill the boss faster and blah blah so basically more money
It's crazy that the previous boss event was easy as walking in the park, and now we got this one.. P. S.: Elite Lych was extremely close to escape from me this time
As someone who hasn't unlocked all the paragons, this is impossible. Just straight up NOT happening. I think bosses should be doable with normal towers, even if its micro heavy to not have paragons, but when you HAVE to have paragons it promotes only using those towers for days before you can ever do a boss event.
11:25 wouldn’t banning the super monkey not be too bad due to how much stronger paragons are versus bosses than the VTSG, I get it sometimes every bit of damage can count but still (I also haven’t played BTD 6 in a good while so yeah probably take this with a MOLE of salt)
You can use all dmg amps and vtsg buff and spam sunavatars or 204 snipers. You get 5dmg from sniper, 5 from both brittles (stack) 2 from glue and 4 from support sacrifice temple. So +16, permabrew would be another +1. But lych says no. Now spam the snipers with 7 dmg. Now they hit for 23dmg and are cheap so you can spam the map full of them. Elite sniper is another 33% dps increase. So yeah. Temple can be a massive help if you are willing to drop some cash slider on weaker paragons.
I haven't looked at the event myself so I don't know what's allowed, but I feel like events with this absurd level of boss HP heavily incentivize degenerate strategies like stalling rounds with a downdraft so that you can kill the boss in fewer rounds and get back to farming more quickly.
I believe that sometimes (maybe all the time) the paragon level can appear above the paragon for a single frame, so if you catch that, you'll know what it is.
