- This works by using the energetic signature of Hydrogen peroxide and targeting it to the teeth (safely) in order to break down the chemical bonds of pigmented molecules responsible for stains.
When hydrogen peroxide comes into contact with the surface of the teeth, it releases oxygen molecules. These oxygen molecules help to lift and remove both extrinsic (surface) and intrinsic (internal) stains. The oxygen bubbles created by the breakdown of hydrogen peroxide can penetrate the enamel and dentin of the teeth, removing discoloration.
This process will also help in removing some plaque and tartar buildup which also contribute to discoloration.
The field also mimics a 20 minute session of oil pulling with coconut oil (contains lauric acid). This is to help reduce the amount of bad bacteria in the mouth, improve gum health, and prevent issues like bad breath and cavities. Some people report that coconut oil pulling may also contribute to teeth whitening over time due to its ability to help remove surface stains.
For straightening and alignment - this field mimics the effects of braces worn over an extended period of time.

What causes crooked lower teeth? It is said that mewing helps with straightening the upper teeth as it makes more space in the upper palette, but what about the lower teeth?

Can u help me submoprhic. I’m at a low body fat of like 15% but I have a lot of face fat for some reason and my jawline only appears when I flex it. What do u think I should do and which fields will help me?
Are you holding a lot of water, maybe too much sodium in your diet? People have certain 'trouble spots' and this could be yours. You can either try lowering your body fat percentage some more or you can listen to Dominion 1 and 2 which help make the face more chiseled with a sharper jawline

@@trexklort Yes it will help. Are you using some hormone boosting audios from another channel, if so, that can also be a reason.
Another reason can be cortisol, in which case you can start listening to 'the anti cortisol effect'.
