Classical dongsu stories (srsly dbsk + sj + even snsd have great stories) 1. Donghae & Heechul burnt Yunho's leather jacket to see if it really wont catch fire. It did. 2. Yunho's predebut girlfriend broke up with him when she saw Yunho eating with Heechul (he had long hair then) and thought he was cheating on her. 3. Yunho used to wear Heechul's clothes all the time as trainees. Because of that Heechul started to buy clothes of embarrassing designs with all the pink and flowers, because Yunho won't steal those. 4. DBSJ and their managers used to dorm together a long time ago, around 20 of them squeezed in a small flat. One night after practice, Leeteuk was walking to the room with the lights off and stepped on Yunho who was sleeping on the floor but Yunho didnt wake up and only complained of bruising from dancing too hard lmao. 5. Yunho has a habit of saving up coins in a huge water bottle and everyone tends to contribute to it here and there. When DBSK was out and SJ was home starving and pennyless, Leeteuk stole coins to buy his members food. 6. Jaejoong and Heechul fought over a hamburger. 7. Junsu and Hyukjae, the earliest trainees, are best friends who knew each other from primary school. During lunch they eat together and play soccer together. After school they go to practice at SM's studio, go home together, and meet again next morning to go school together. This repeated for 5-6 years. They were pretty exclusive - some say they were ostracised, some say they ostracised the rest of the school. Hyukjae had a few chances of debuting before SJ but he gave up to stay with Junsu (who was supposed to debut much earlier but he started to have voice change so was delayed). When SJ was debuting Junsu mentioned Hyukjae everywhere on interviews to hype his friend (read his 100Q&A, he mentioned Hyukjae in 20 answer lol), then he panicked when SM decided that Hyukjae shoukd go with the stage name Eunhyuk. 8. Hyukjae used to walk Junsu home after school to prevent his friend from being bullied. They joined every club together - they even made a soccer team together because they liked soccer so much. 9. Despite all that, what the pair of them are most proud of is that they've never spent a cent on each other LOL. 9. Junsu saved Hyukjae as 'my servant' in his phone. He was livid when he found out that Hyukjae saved him as 'my slave'. 10. Leeteuk was apparently the reason why SM started to train their male and female separately because he was too flirty it disrupted classes lmao 11. Kibum used to diss Changmin for having a largee face. Changmin would retaliate by dissing his height. 12. When DBSK was sent off to Japan and not able to promote in Korea, SJ members (esp Kangin and Heechul, and of course the Sukira DJs then Leeteuk and Eunhyuk) kept talking about them on shows and radios, telling Cassiopeia to be patient and that DBSK will come back with a Korean album soon. When SJ was entering the Japanese market, DBSK promoted them a lot too. 13. Yesung and Jaejoong were from the same neighbourhood. 14. DBSK got blacklisted by the shop they always loan comics and manga from (because they have a lot of overseas schedule so they never return the books on time), so they found a new shop. To avoid awkward situations like being blacklisted, Yunho claimed to be a SJ member. The owner told him to pay the $200 fee that SJ owes him LOL The owner also proceeded to complain "what the hell is with you idols, DBSK also didn't repay their loans etc" - turns out SJ has also been using DBSK's name to loan manga LOL 15. SJ members love to tease Yunho to rile him up or make him competitive about the two teams. They were most successful at an overseas SM Town concert where Yunho danced with 200% effort for Rising Sun. Kyuhyun also made a dumb mistake with the mic that same day (yelling "everybody" with the mic away and only fixing the problem late so the only thing everyone heard was "??DEH!") XD 16. Changmin often jokes of wanting to join SJ. And SJ says they want a maknae like Changmin because Kyuhyun always arrives last. 17. Donghae almost debuted once, and Hyukjae & Junsu teased him saying Donghae will forget all about them once he gets famous. Donghae cried and yelled he won't ever do that. Both Hyukjae and Junsu got into huge trouble with the other hyungs because they made Donghae cry. 18. Jaejoong and Hangeng used to bond over cooking.
