Squacco Heron (Ardeola ralloides) Bird Call & Video Kruger Park
The Squacco Heron is a colourful waterbird that can often be extremely shy. Without a doubt the best place to view the Squacco Heron species is at the Lake Panic Bird Hide. They are not always around, often hiding away in the thicket, but this video was taken there and this is the only place we have seen the Squacco Heron in the Kruger National Park at the time of this video recording.
