Alright alright, Yes i agree with you guys from the States/Cananda watching Okay but listen.. this video mostly I wanted to get Jodalyn's reaction of ME pressing the accelerator because she was so worried even from the beginning LOL anyway for Erica's sake, It was just to introduce her a little to Where's the Accelerator and where's the Break (proper position for our feet etc) but MOSTLY what it feels like behind the wheel. She knows all the buttons of the car, she is just acting silly on camera. I don't think it wasn't that safe to be honest because I was literally driving i had my feet on the Accelerator and Break so i was in control of the car. I was pretty much Pranking Mommy a little.... Sorry some of you guys don't like the joke on Mommy! or maybe not understanding it was my feet on the pedal...? anyway Yes she will attend lessons first of course before really being on the road lol.

Brian before you let her drive you should teach her the basics first let her get know the car first introduce her toallthe buttons gadgets where the breaks, signal,the mirror, side mirror, the cjhair adjustments and so forth. Let her get comfortable with the space of the chair and there should be one person teaching so she does not get distracted. She should read all the road rules And signs before she touch the car to moved. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

reybon7 g0lijaC That’s what I thought too, i even thought they have a learner’s license first like here in Ontario, Canada we have tiered graduated license to get(G1, G2 then G) if you go to a driving school your even get an insurance discount specially you need it if you are a new driver and specifically a young driver.

Jodalyn, hand brakes are only for parking on hills. They are not to be used to stop your vehicle.

Terry Hatfield .....hand brake? As in the “parking brake”? Let’s see.... I’m 70, been driving since I was 16 and was always taught that a parking brake is for activating AFTER you park the car. It can also be used for emergencies if the brakes go out. Youngsters now use the parking brake to drift and burn out.
@@davidj.leavitt249 The parking brake will help very little, if at all, if you are moving at a fast speed. If brakes go out, then you should use the emergency foot brake located near the brake on the floor of the car.

Nice memories, remember my dad teach me how to drive a manual rav4, he told me is easy, then yeld at me, then told me i should drive automatic never go for manual, i keep trying, bought my first manual car, 2 days later, still did not know hot to drive well, he told me, see you at home... still alive, that was 15 years ago. Automatic so easy.

While I agree with all of the safety first and recommending the daughter to go to a driving school instead.. I think it is part of the prank. Bryan, that's not the way to teach someone how to drive, you should know better, you grew up in the US. Teach her the basic 1st, then put her behind the wheel & you sit on the passenger side.

This is how my 9yr old “drives” around our culdesac. 😀❤️Is there actual big empty parking lots or space to safely practice over there? Definitely will learn how to be good defensive driver! I try not to complain about I5 or downtown Tacoma/Seattle now.💙💚😉

My dad made me start the car frequently... go forward and reverse repeatedly for weeks/months then made me park the car into our space until I'm ready to drive around without getting nervous. It's an effective way of teaching a kid to drive I guess bc it works for me 😂 I'm 16 now and I can drive around the neighborhood (private) without any trouble
