Great video, but it looks like you did a permanent laminate on a pitch test. My guess is that this was for demonstration purposes only and is not normally performed for actual projects. Since each lens can have their own defects and measurements, you would want to measure the proper pitch value for the lens using tape, then interlace your project using those values with lamination happening after the final project has been calibrated and aligned.
Actually I do laminate the pitch tests. I have found that batches of sheets in the smaller sizes are pretty consistent. It’s worth it to me to sacrifice a single sheet to make sure I get the pitch correct.
